The food was really good and the lady at the register was nice. The toddler running around next to the deep fryers with a roku remote was probably not smart though. I understand having to take your kids to work because you don't have a sitter, but not around things that could injure them or contaminate people's food.
I used to get Mr Hero for lunch all the time when I lived in Akron. I loved getting their cheesesteak sandwich. So today I picked it up for lunch and it was good but just didn’t live up to the memory.I paid for the larger portions and felt like I didn’t get anything extra. It was very overpriced for the portion size.Honestly I didn’t love it and probably won’t go back.
Ordered the original Italian and only got ham and salami on the sandwich. But, that's not the worst part! The guy that owns it thought it was ok to serve me moldy meat! I had to throw the whole thing away! I have pictures too!****Update****I stopped into the store to speak with the owner and he showed me that there was in fact all 3 meats on my sandwich. And he made me a new fresh sandwich and apologized for any inconvenience. I gotta say that a lot of places wouldn't...
