GUYS I WORKED HERE and can confirm it's got more filth than nesscary. It's closed, place is closed, it's closed for a reason. You can still hop the counter though and I find that hilarious, wouldn't recommend that amount of fun though

The cashier is beyond rude, and inconsiderate because of her actions on two different occasions I refuse to give service to that place. She needs etiquette on how to conduct herself in public with Customer Service. I wish I can give a rating of less than one star but unfortunately, it won’t allow me.

This location gives them a bad name. The service was horrible. It was an older woman. She didn't care for my families wants and ended up not servingus. After I was ignored because she said she had to put cookies in. Very unprofessional. So sad

Went there this past weekend and the employee rushed me into ordering my cookies when I was trying to decide which ones I wanted. She had an attitude as well. My cookies were hard like they've been sitting there for a while. Once she rung me out she went to the back and was on her cellphone. I will not be going back.

Stasia (sorry if I spelled it wrong!) was super nice and decorated some cookies for me with no notice. She made them absolutely beautifully and was fast while also helping other customers. Definitely helped save my coworkers bad day with beautiful and yummy cookies!

The women working there shouted 10 feet away while she was sitting in a chair in the back, asking, "What do you want", in an aggressive tone. Then when she finally decided to stand up, she walked over and asked what flavor drink I wanted. She was rude and seemed annoyed that she had to get up and work. My partner and I decided to leave due to her poor service. That is a QUICK way to lose customers. I highly do not recommend coming here..

I placed an order online 12/28/20 for a cookie cake to be picked up at noon on 1/2/21. When I arrived at the store I stated to the cashier I was there to pick up a cake. Instantly the cashier gave me huge crazy eyes and stated "well there is no cake". The cashier walked away and began to call someone and proceeded to ask me when I ordered the cake and assumed I had done it the night before. I showed the cashier my email confirmation, she was looking through there system and did find my order under their "unfulfilled screen". The cashier then told me to come back in an hour and a half and they will give me a dozen cookies to go with it for free. I arrived back at the store at 1:30 to pick up the cake, and it still was not done. After another half hour of waiting the cashier stated "I am no decorator but how does this look" and to be honest I could've done a better job myself. After she package up the cake and my dozen cookies she proceeds to say I will get a discount because what happened "is not fair". I had to inform the cashier that I had already paid for the cake when I placed the order, she then gives me $2.50 out of her TIP JAR. The first picture is what I ordered, and the second picture is what I received. This was my first and last time ordering from this store.

I’ve been here multiple times to try to get cookies and every-time there has either been a sign that says “we will be with you in a moment” or there is just no one there. A few times I waited more than 15 minutes, but I learned that it was a waste of time. The one time I did go there was a very rude employee, I tried asking her about some of the items and she rushed me and acted like I was bother to her, so I ended up getting nothing. This place really disappointed me!

I come by twice a month and without fail, the ppl behind the counter are horrendously rude. The cookies are my favorite but I won't be coming back. Blonde girl could not even be bothered to make eye contact when my fiancee asked, when will you reopen to which she angrily responds, whenever I'm finished, and walks away.
