Great service EDIT 8/25 We have been long time customers. I am concerned about 2 times recently Baked potatoes were unavailable to order. I prefer the baked vs the sticky mashed potatoes. If you are too concerned about having a few potatoes left at the end of the night I would guess closing down is not far off. Telling customers at a Steak place no baked potatoes for 45 minutes is inexcusable period. Once maybe , twice no.

Have been twice between the 5th July and the 16th. Both times are good came out very staggered to the point where I ate alone; because it took so long for the other 4 meals to arrive.

The next time the sides came out long after meals hit table and so we’d ate 80% of the main dish without sides.

Wait staff themselves I do t think we’re to blame I’m guessing kitchen. However, it could have been server, if they forgot to go grab the items; being that it was a tad busy.

Lastly the steaks have been ultra salty and I like salt but this is a new level for even me. Idk if the. Ions heavy handed or if they got a new seasoning or what.

Staff was nice, food was good, waitress was very attentive. We are looking forward to revisiting.

Good food/ Good service/ somewhat dated decor could use a refresh. I had a Margarita on the rocks ( no brain freeze) my wife had a peach Margarita said it was very good. She ordered shrimp with buttermilk coating/ mashed sweet potatoes/ asparagus everything was excellent. I had a tossed salad/ 6oz sirloin/ baked potato. Steak and potato was done perfectly. All in all a good experience. Resonal price.

The only reason I gave 5 stars for service was because of the bartender Angie. Right when we walked in, the host Kylee didn’t say hello. She just asked how many and walked away. She walked us to the table through the menus and walked off. We were going to go, but the bartender angie made up for it and took amazing care of us.

Picked my To-go drink up and it ripped in half and went everywhere.
Youre Trying to save money on to-go cups and using those super cheap/low quality styrofoam cups.

Service was very slow and they were not really busy. Waitress was not very friendly and seemed annoyed to be working this day. This next part is not about Niles store but about the company, changing their rolls to their current garlic rolls that are not nearly as good as the original rolls.
