Food was awful. That was the first time I been back since COVID, I guess this is what dining out is now. Menu is a shell of what it used to be and the crowd was terrible too. One year old kid running all over the place, bunch of teenagers listening to loud music on their phones and some lady having a happy dog on her shoulder.

Food was horrible noodles were mush. My seafood Alfredo did not taste right. I did not even eat it. They gave us tiny portion of salad.

Horrible service, horrible food, poor management, then after you send "guest relations a complaint then the general manager wants to call you, to hear it out. Excuse me no did you care to fix the mistake then? No you didn't, did you care to apologize no you didn't, did you care to correct your immature staff that we unfortunately got stuck with no. So after all that useless effort then you want to reach back out. Food was cold old noodles, missing food items out of the order just a waste of money. I'm sure you'll reply back to this with more excuses so please don't bother cause I won't read it you didnt care to.fix the mistake then, but I'm sure you want it up there for others to see your effort of attempting. Well the night I had missing items and bad food and wanted it fixed I was told that is very usual and am I sure. Eell sorry to hear that but unfortunately there is nothing i can do. wow great customer service. If I'm in a pinch I'll just head to wendys before ordering here again.
great portions. No suprises when it comes to great flavor. New choices periodically on a (Clean) menu. Reasonable prices for their well-sized portions. Always have friendly waitors/waitresses/greeters. Clean, well designed restrooms.Dietary restrictions: Unfortunately the are few dinner choices for (me) being a diabetic. Broiled fish. chicken breast and a low carb appetisor would be nice. Boring but necessary when out with the family.Wheelchair accessibility: Spouse uses walker and/or wheelchair. All areas including parking area accomodate for her disability.
