Again kinda hot or miss or food and service. Sunday after church we had a good waitress and food was good,but we've had times when steaks and burgers were either under or over cooked and baked potatoes cold and like rocks.

Ordered the Outback burger medium well, dressed it up and took a bite. It was still frozen in the middle. I opened the bun to show the server. She proceeded to take the burger patty to the back (just the patty)...where they threw it back on the grill, condiments and all and brought me back the same burger patty with my bite taken out of it. The condiments I put on the burger were burned into it and a new piece of cheese slapped on it. I had to reuse my bun that had raw meat on it and I didn't even get a discount for the bite I spit out.

Steak in the steak salad was perfect but lettuce was less than desirable. Waitress was not attentive & treated me as if I had never been at an Outback before. This was most likely because I was alone.
