The food was excellent and good cheerful service.
Never got my water refilled ,I said I'd order a drink later , she never returned till check food was good but in her defense the waitress was very very busy

Absolute worst experience ever. Made reservations for 6:45. Got sat at 7:30 because they “forgot” we were waiting. Waitress showed up to take drink order 15 minutes after we sat. Waited over an hour and 15 minutes for our dinner. Which on top of the wait came out luke warm for some and cold for the rest. Steaks overcooked as well. Then the manager tells us there’s nothing she can do besides send back. Like yes ma’am we would love to wait another hour for our food to be fixed. (Sarcasm). Waitress was by maybe 4 times the entire evening. Great waste of time and money.

I was at this location a couple years ago and the food was horrible, but decided to try again and it was much improved, a little crowded to the point you have to walk sideways to get to your table but service was good.

Long wait for drinks. Food cold when arrived.
We were sat fairly quickly upon arrival. Waited 10 min for someone to come take our drink order and just as long for someone else to bring the 3 waters that we ordered. Notes that you could audibly hear several people sharing their dissatisfaction didn't really add to my high hopes of a good meal. We ordered waited probably better than 20 minutes to get 2 house salads and a bowl of soup. Followed by about the same amount of time to get our entrees. 3 steaks all different sizes all supposed to be cooked a differently, all poorly cooked at best. My wife sent hers back and they still couldn't get it correct. There was absolutely no flavor to any of the steaks it was almost as if they had ordered the lowest quality meat that they were able to purchase. The steamed vegetables should have just came out raw they were so hard. My daughter said her lobster tail was good so that was a positive. Brought this to the waitress' attention and she immediately went and got a gentleman that was either a regional manager or corporate manager. He was very kind and took the steaks off of our bill. He caught me off guard by asking if we wanted them to try to cook other steaks for us or if we wanted to take the ones that we had home. "Absolutely not"! I wouldn't have even tried to feed those to my dog they were that bad. As he brought our bill out so we could pay for the rest of the meal he again asked if there was anything he could get for us because he didn't want us to leave and have to go to McDonald's or something because we were still hungry. At this point the attempt at meat the McDonald's serves would have be of better quality than what we were served. Our waitress was great even the manager was great I just don't think he was prepared for the amount of people that were complaining about the food or amount of time they were waiting for the basics. I feel horrible for these folks because they are going to have a long evening if things keep up the way they are going.

Terrible customer service for door dash pickups I walked into the side pickup door instead of letting me through that was they made me walk all the way around the building to the front just to walk through the restaurant to the same exact door on the side. Utterly ridiculous

Very disappointed in the prime rib and service. Asked to move from where we seated as they sat 16 people right on top of us! Prime rib was sent back twice and was bleeding to death and so stringy and chewy you couldn't even cut it with a knife!! Manager decided she didn't want to replace the prime rip a 3rd time and gave us a ribeye which was just as bad but we were starving at this point so we ate most of it. She told us to take the piece of prime rib home and them wanted to charge us for both!! Awful experience and won't be back!!
