The last several times we ordered through door dash our order is always missing either the sweet potato or rice! Well today we ordered through the outback website. It was delivered and the only thing missing was the sweet potato (we got all the toppings). I called. When I say Tessa went OUT OF HER WAY ON A SATURDAY NIGHT, I'm shocked! This is customer service 10000% thank you soooo much! Day made and yes made up for other deliveries! Thank you so much!

Tessa is one of the most vibrant, connecting, and hardworking people that anyone could ask for. A staff member that gets to know you and creates such a wonderful environment on her own. The rest of the staff are just as wonderful and hardworking. I’ve always loved Outback but this one has the best staff, food, and atmosphere and shines above all the others!

Door Dash and mobile ordering workers just give the food to anyone. Multiple times have I ordered and never revived my order because “they can’t do anything about it” don’t order pick up or delivery from this location you’ll lose money every time

I am in town for work and by myself. Walked over to the Outback for a nice diner.I sat at the bar and the bartenders and staff were awesome. The 2 bartenders worked very well together, very engaging, and all the staff were polite to eachother. This was a breathe of fresh air. It reminded me of when I worked in a bar in college everyone got along great and it was fun to work there.It was a pleasure to be sitting at this bar for my meal. The service was great, the food was great, it was well worth the visit.
I love outback. Food is always great. Tonight however my husband and i decided to come for our 16 year wedding anniversary. Food was good service was good. Took my food home and when i heated it up and was eating it. I ran into a black string like thing. Didnt think it was a hair but my husband said it might have been fake hair. Pretty disappointed had to throw my left overs out because after having someones hair in your mouth everything just looked nasty after that. Sorry not very happy this time.
