January 10 4:40 pm Poorly managed. Rudely ran even in picking up my order. No concerned about my order’s name. how long I’ve been standing there.. a simple acknowledgment of that pays dividend.. I know the fix is in when customers come in way for the later than I am and get situated and have to point out that I was there waiting. Then your associates wanna ask?. I’m OK there’s more other pizza establishments. Just now this store isn’t one to be proud of

Lunch buffet for $11.99 is awesome. Includes a drink and salad. Can't beat the price and service was great! The buffet had 3 or 4 different pizzas, pasta and bread sticks and cinnamon sticks and fruit pie. Yum!!

My problems with this store started after I called out their delivery driver with a black SUV for refusing deliver to my house after they delivered to somebody for houses down from me when our power was out and I had a bruised tailbone. The store called me and told me I had to come get my order if I wanted my food. My other neighbor was even further away from their store that got a delivery. I picked it up but I let them know that I wasn't happy about them lying about not coming down my road at all that day when I watched them, and having to go in with an extremely painful injury. Since then they've bumped all my orders to doordash so their driver doesn't have to deliver to my house. So I changed the name on my app to my fiance's and the driver finally accepted the order but upon seeing whose house it was decided to drop it off on my next door neighbor's back porch. I'm just trying to feed my kids and their drivers and other stuff are just being petty.

I tipped the delivery driver in advance...but jerk can't follow directions to deliver it to rear of house and placed it on the front porch...in the cold...without calling me to inform me.

I haven’t eaten at a Pizza Hut in a long time, and I stopped by today because I was hungry. The personal pan pizza that I had tasted really good, especially with red pepper flakes and Parmesan cheese sprinkled on it.
The server that me and my friend had was nice and friendly.
When you come in, it is a little bit dark and difficult to read the signs, but you can ask the staff to help you what is on them.

The food was excellent and came out extremely fast. Our waitress was amazing. She was one of the best waitresses we've ever had. We will definitely go back.

I ordered from this location today. First, I was supposed to get 3 personals and they screwed up & gave me a medium. Okay, not a huge deal. They didn’t charge me for the medium so it’s okay.
However, then my daughter starts eating her chicken wings & I bite into my first one & realize they are RAW! (Pics posted). My 12 year old had already eaten 2 before I discovered this mishap!!
I don’t post this to complain, but more so to bring awareness. My suggestion to anyone who orders the wings from this location to cut into them before eating them to make sure they’re cooked. When I called the store the manager told me “it’s almost impossible to get raw chicken because everything’s on a time”. Well, my suggestion is to check and make sure all of the equipment is working properly (temp, time, etc). They should be temping everything before they serve it.

Five stars all the way for this location. I haven't ordered pizza hut in years but my son requested it specifically so I decided to get it tonight for dinner. The gentleman who waited on us was a pleasure, professional, and went out of his way to make up for accidentally putting the topping on the entire pizza rather than half (2 kids wanted it, 2 did not). Not only did he remake an entire extra pizza correctly he gave us the other one, and a 2 liter pop! Mind you- I didn't know it was made incorrectly so it was not served, he recognized the error and proactively went out of his way to be extra kind and went above and BEYOND. This location will get my business for this alone- not to mention the pizza was delicious (says my kiddos I am gluten free so I couldn't try it). This gentleman ensured return customers with his attention to detail and kindness tonight.

I ordered in the mobile app, two dinner boxes. If you don’t know that’s 1 medium one topping pizza, 5 breadsticks, and 10 cinnamon sticks. Since I ordered 2 I should’ve gotten 2 medium pizzas, 10 breadsticks, and 20 cinnamon sticks. I got everything, but when I opened the box I noticed I only had 10 cinnamon sticks, so I call the restaurant to let them know and the worker informs me that I will be transferred to a manager, and I was on hold for almost 20 minutes before I decided to hang up and just go to the store in person because no one answered. When I got there I let the worker know that I just called about my order and he gets the manager which I inform her what happened and she started talking over me basically saying I was wrong so I showed her the receipt and of the food I received, and she gives me a snarky comment after this saying “well I packaged it so I know it’s right” so I told her that it wasn’t right and I have a picture and I showed it to her and she then started trying to tell me that I only got 10 in a box deal even though I ordered two, so I opened the mobile app and showed her that one order is ten and I paid for two full orders which it should’ve been 20 and she pauses, and then says oh I packaged it wrong, so instead of admitting her mistake first she sat and argued with me, and when I got the pizza it was so lazily packaged that I was surprised a manager packaged it, I had two slices of pizza completely separated from the pizza itself. Their “manager” which I put in quotations because she was very unprofessional and rude for with how she handled the whole situation. A good manager would have picked up the phone and if they couldn’t and the customer showed up they would approach the conversation listening and understanding, not aggressive and argumentative and they would’ve admitted and apologized right from the start that they were the ones in the wrong, and that they packaged my food wrong. Instead I got a very rude, unprofessional, and immature woman who can’t admit to their own mistakes.
