I ordered in the mobile app, two dinner boxes. If you don’t know that’s 1 medium one topping pizza, 5 breadsticks, and 10 cinnamon sticks. Since I ordered 2 I should’ve gotten 2 medium pizzas, 10 breadsticks, and 20 cinnamon sticks. I got everything, but when I opened the box I noticed I only had 10 cinnamon sticks, so I call the restaurant to let them know and the worker informs me that I will be transferred to a manager, and I was on hold for almost 20 minutes before I decided to hang up and just go to the store in person because no one answered. When I got there I let the worker know that I just called about my order and he gets the manager which I inform her what happened and she started talking over me basically saying I was wrong so I showed her the receipt and of the food I received, and she gives me a snarky comment after this saying “well I packaged it so I know it’s right” so I told her that it wasn’t right and I have a picture and I showed it to her and she then started trying to tell me that I only got 10 in a box deal even though I ordered two, so I opened the mobile app and showed her that one order is ten and I paid for two full orders which it should’ve been 20 and she pauses, and then says oh I packaged it wrong, so instead of admitting her mistake first she sat and argued with me, and when I got the pizza it was so lazily packaged that I was surprised a manager packaged it, I had two slices of pizza completely separated from the pizza itself. Their “manager” which I put in quotations because she was very unprofessional and rude for with how she handled the whole situation. A good manager would have picked up the phone and if they couldn’t and the customer showed up they would approach the conversation listening and understanding, not aggressive and argumentative and they would’ve admitted and apologized right from the start that they were the ones in the wrong, and that they packaged my food wrong. Instead I got a very rude, unprofessional, and immature woman who can’t admit to their own mistakes.

3 pizzas under cooked. Chicken Alfredo was hard to chew. 2 orders of bread sticks were ok. 7 family members complained about the order I had ordered. Did not care for it. Much was thrown away.

I love pizza huts sauce. I am a pizza fanatic, and will always love the taste of pizza huts pizza and more.
Parking: There is more than enough parking. It has a parking lot, and several spots. I have never seen this lot full in the last 6 months. More than enough parking spaces.
Wheelchair accessibility: All 1 level, wheel chair friendly. (I am not in a wheel chair or mobility challenged) although from experience I know this location is Ada compliant.
I love the New Yorker but the last time I got one it was over seasoned and the crust tasted like old cardboard, I decided to give it another try and ordered again only to get one that was so hard that the pepperoni was almost crumbly ans the crust was so hard you couldn't fold it, for the price pizza hut needs to do better, when I called the asked did I want another made, why should I pay for two when I couldn't eat one and please hire people with teeth and if not tell them to clean up, I'll be going to East Market from now on

Staff was meh, didn't put any effort in greeting me or making me feel like a valued customer. The food presentation was subpar. The bread sticks I ordered, out of ten of them 4 had seasoning on them and the other 6 were just plain bread sticks. The pizza was ok. Just not what I expected. I ordered from the Niles location when I usually order from the Elm Rd location. Elm Rd, they seem to put a lot more effort into their orders.

I haven't been to this pizza hut for years because every single time I ask for extra sauce on the pizza it feels like they purposely put on less sauce, I gave this hut 2 chances, assuming maybe I was just unlucky the 1st time. That was not the case. Whoever made the decision to try and cut costs by way of sauce, your not saving as much money as you think you are.

called to make a pick up order and they hung the phone up on me so then I tried to do it on the website and it went to the wrong store. could a very easily not happened if they just don’t hang up on guests
This is the only pizza hut that I've encountered that makes it like they did back in the 90's. However, that statement only holds true if Mr. Gabe is working. His quality and customer service is exceptional 👌. Other than that, like some of the other reviewers have stated, the pizza ends up being mediocre at best. You pay for extra toppings and get less etc. The best thing I can say is if you do decide to order from this location, see if Mr. Gabe is working first. The photo attached was supposed to be a pepperoni lovers and it's obviously less than regular
