Food was great with large portions. Our server was so nice

This was my first and last time trying this place. Half fries were soggy and the rest were burnt pieces Tasted like old grease. My kid took a fry before I could say something and she responded they were nasty. Philly sandwich bread was soggy and ⅓ of the bread didn't have any meat. But what's worse than soggy bread, nasty meat. The taste was off putting making my stomach turn and the 1 bite I took had several hard grizzly pieces. Honestly it made subways Philly taste gourmet. Doordash 8 credit was a joke for this trash. My stomach hurts now but at least the dogs liked it

Don't give your money to these people.

Just charged $8.19 for a high noon. I think drinks are cheaper in Vegas. Won’t be back!

Cannot say enough good things about this place! First off the food is always fantastic! Service is even better. Katelyn the bartender is the best!!!! They are lucky to have her!

The last two times I have been to this location have been terrible. The first time we came in got seated at a high top by the bar. Sat for 20 minutes and multiple servers walked past us did not acknowledge us never even took a drink order. We got up and walked out. This last time I thought let’s give them another try maybe it was just that night. NOPE once again sat for 20 minutes. Waitress never came over but 2 alcoholic drinks came to our table that we did not order (but got charged for) that we sent back. The waitress 10 minutes later after we sent the drinks back came over and said “o sorry thought you were someone else” then proceeded to take our order for drinks and food, food came out before our drinks and then had to tell the food runner we still haven’t gotten drinks. The sandwiches were terrible the fries were the tiny scraps not even actual fries.

I’ve been coming here since “moving” here for work back in September of 2024. This place never disappoints. Every time I come here the food quality never changes. Customer service is GREAT. I’m definitely one of many regulars and is sure does feel like family around here!

I have ordered here multiple times and every time I order there’s some form of an issue. I ordered today spicy ranch and honey mustard. There’s no sauce on my wings at all. There’s more sauce on the paper than on my wings. I also ordered mozzarella wedges and got just breading in half of them.

So I had a minor discrepancy on quality and pricing based off of a doordash experience. And as a local business owner, I decided to call and simply voice my concerns. The manager Nate bowser, was an absolute scholar and gentleman! A totally stand up guy. I was so prepared to drop a one-star but his customer service and willingness to go above and beyond to correct the issue is exactly why I'm dropping five instead! Customer service.... magnifico

Visited the local Primanti brothers and I have to say my service was absolutely amazing and Helena made my experience there so pleasurable! She is the sweetest and we go out of her way to help you in any way possible. Thanks so much for making our day and our meal, such a pleasurable time! We will definitely be back.

The food was delicious as usual. There was a slight mistake on our pizza (not a big deal.). They took 25% of entire bill. Always a positive experience. Highly recommend.

Had the Reuben sandwich it was burnt hard to chew service wasnt bad. Fries were horrible never going back again coleslaw was horrible never again. Waste of money

Food was great, our server was a sweetheart. My date who was from out of town has never been to a Primanti's commented on the sandwich bread and the chef gave him a whole loaf!!!
