A little expensive but delicious

Today, I seen young adults do their jobs correctly at around 1:30 pm. There was a rude lady in front of me, that felt like these employees should drop everything and serve her while everybody else waited. She criticized, them and wouldn’t stop being rude! They were professional and amazingly kind to the rude lady. Thank you pulp manager for hiring the kind and professional young people to work at your establishment! Great Job Pulp team! Keep up the good work!!

I highly do not recommend going here if the dude with the hat and puffy hair is there. Especially if you are a guy. His attitude was absolutely terrible. I tried to exchange Pleasantrees with him, and he just stared at me Unresponsive. I had the pleasure of actually making my smoothie. He took the blender out back for a second for Lord knows what reason. If you help’s Attitude is that terrible towards your customers, then there’s something wrong with the business. This is my first time at this location, but I have been to multiple locations across the Cleveland area And usually have very pleasant experiences. Not here though, Highly recommend using an alternative

I waited a long time for my Spicy turkey wrap for one of the workers who clearly hated her job to just throw it on the counter! How disrespectful. Put it in my hand! I wish I knew that was the customer service before I tipped!

Super expensive, opens too late and anytime I order for delivery thru door dash, they only put about half the amount of food in the bowl/or what ever I order.
