Pulp Juice and Smoothie Bar

Olivia Waldron took care of me and my sister today and she was amazing, and our smoothies were amazing!

Hello , I would just like to say today has been the worst customer service I have ever experienced in this store . Firstly , My boyfriend , 3 year old son , and I walk in .. no one greets us . We walk up to the counter and this girl that I now know her name to be is Halie/Haley , just looked at us .. I then greeted them by saying “hello there “ I got in return a what can I get you . Secondly , when we’re ordering it’s almost like we’re getting rushed because every line next for her was a quick “anything else “ mind you for the first maybe 5 minutes we’re the only people in the store .. so I’m not sure what the big rush was for . We ordered 4 smoothies in total .. my boyfriend and I said thank you for every one smoothie that we received . On the last smoothie I said thank you loud because I thought maybe they couldn’t hear over the little chatter and blenders … STILL CRICKETS !!! How rude ! I walked out got in the car expressed to my boyfriend how I was feeling and he said he felt the same way as if the lady Halie was racist. He said that she kept staring at us the whole time .. which I didn’t realize because I was tending to my 3 year old . But what I did realize is her standoffish vibes as if she didn’t want to deal with us and her silence to our thank yous . I usually don’t write reviews but this has honestly made me angry to the point I did go back into the store and ask a coworker of hers what is her name because she was so rude . I work in customer service and I know rude service when I get it .. and hers was some of the worst . You all should correct her before you lose people at that store ! Very unwelcoming atmosphere!

On the bright side the smoothies were tasteful . I am on my boyfriend’s account writing this review btw!

I did not go to get food, but I have never been in such a disgusting pulp in my life. I have never been in a restroom that dirty in my life. And I have been to some gross McDonald’s in my life’s. There was mold on the walls. Poop on the walls. Hardened poop in the toilet. Open cleaning products and I know that’s an OSHA violation. Mind you it wasn’t a Mild disinfectant it was toilet bowl cleaner, which is one of the strongest/ corrosive chemical you can get to clean the bathroom. It looks like it hasn’t been mopped in ages, and if it did get mopped, it looked like somebody mopped and then had a dance party in there afterwards. I have never seen a sink that gross. It was just disgusting. It look like I had them bit wiped off. It was covered in water and had Paper towel bits on it. The bottom of the toilet I can tell that it hasn’t been wiped off in months. (As someone who cleans for a living, I could tell when something hasn’t been wiped off. Mind you I clean and I do the bare minimum.) So this is disgusting. The door kick panel was disgusting. They’re even isn’t a kick panel so it should be cleaned off more consistently. And if people are using a kick panel when there is no kick panel that should say what it does about the door handle. I am in disbelief of how disgusting a bathroom could be like I said I have been to some disgusting McDonald’s bathrooms and I would say this bathroom has been one of the worst ones I have ever seen in my life. May I say I have got a smoothie from there one time and it was good but that doesn’t excuse for their disgusting bathroom. Keeping a bathroom clean should be the bare minimum. Especially when that’s where your customers go to the bathroom because it was labeled as a customer bathroom and I guarantee you their employee bathroom looks nothing like that. And these employees can argue with me and say that they cleaned the bathroom today But the MOLD on the wall, the POOP on the wall, Should speak for itself because that has not been there just today. That has been there, and they have been refusing to clean it.

Love love love this place although the prices are a little steep I still treat myself

Smoothies and wraps 😋 are delicious and it's just enough to satisfy hunger without overindulging. Great for a healthy wholefood meal.

The restaurant had a terrible smell when walking in. We were never greeted and the worker was just standing by the register not saying a word. I had to ask if she was able to take our order after standing there for a few minutes. There were five or MORE dirty blender pitchers on the counter, stacked up, to the ceiling. They looked like they had been sitting out for hours. An employee was sitting on a bucket in the back on her phone. The other two said nothing and handed me the smoothie I ordered. After the smell and the cleanliness of the store, I lost my appetite and ended up throwing my order away. Sides of the cup were sticky as well. The employees were extremely unwelcoming and made us feel uncomfortable. I’ve gone here multiple times and I unfortunately don’t plan on visiting this location again. I love Pulp smoothies so I am extremely bummed about this. We have had positive visits in the past. We visited on July 16th around 6/7 PM.

Always long wait times ,probably the slowest Pulp I have ever been in...it's ridiculous.

Staff is outrageously rude.

A little expensive but delicious

Today, I seen young adults do their jobs correctly at around 1:30 pm. There was a rude lady in front of me, that felt like these employees should drop everything and serve her while everybody else waited. She criticized, them and wouldn’t stop being rude! They were professional and amazingly kind to the rude lady. Thank you pulp manager for hiring the kind and professional young people to work at your establishment! Great Job Pulp team! Keep up the good work!!

Management & staff are always on top of things they pay attention to detail & are very friendly. I would highly recommend this to anyone in our area!
