Ordered food through thru and proceeded home with what I thought was my bag of food. Ordered 2 Smoky Bacon combos and when I got home my sandwiches were actually fish. I called the store up and spoke to a gentleman on the phone and he said the window girl grabbed the wrong bag. It’s my fault for pulling off and checking the food right then and there. Long story short, the guy said my name was being put in a book and to just come back and the sandwiches would be correctly made. Went back, and the window girl said that my name isn’t in the books and she had no idea what I was talking about. I have the bank transaction id, amount, date and nothing to show for it but attitude. I should have checked for order accuracy right then and there but I guess I should have known better. Good food, most of the time, but failure to keep promises and honor mistakes.

Stopped by very late at night and got a variety of things. Super friendly and fast service. The older lady (Tiffany I believe it was) was so kind, she definitely deserves a raise or recognition. Made our night and wish I could tip on card. The food was also amazing, very tasty and fresh.
