Valentines Day and the place was packed. Had to wait 15 minutes despite a reservation, but understandable considering.

Place was empty! Other restaurants were busy! We should have realized the reason! Husbands dinner was ok. Mine was basically egg noodles with 2 sticks of butter melted on top! Told waitress she said sorry. Ended up talking to manager Rebecca who said i heard you ate half! Which i didn't! I was stirring it complaining to my husband! She took a whopping 10.00 off! I told her how bad it was and she said she made it so she knew it would be right! I said it was a ton of melted butter and no other flavors even though it had garlic, chicken, tomatoes and asparagus! She is not a good chef obviously! But acted like it was my fault! Worst restaurant in Niles! Hopefully they aren't around much longer with the reviews they have. Worst staff also! Starting with the manager Rebecca!!

After we were seated we had a little bit of a wait for our server. When she arrived, she apologized for the delay and offered us a free appetizer. And from that point on, the service and the food were excellent! It’s obvious that Sonia liked her job. And that makes the dining experience much more enjoyable. We will be back.

We had the Ultimate Feast, and it was amazing! Our bartender and waitress, Sonia, was fantastic! She was super attentive and took care of us completely. One of the best dinners and evenings here in a long time!

The changes that were made to the menu are terrible. Took away some of the good menu items, and I feel cheapened and downsize the other good ones they kept. My husband and I went around the end of July which I forgot to post then, but the waitress we had that night was absolutely horrible! There is no one in the restaurant other than like maybe a handful of tables she only had one other table we waited 30 minutes for our drinks and then it took forever to get our food. It was the worst service by far that we have ever had in this restaurant. I'm not so sure with all the changes and the crappy service that we got that will ever be back again! I wish I could give zero stars for the service

My wife and I haven’t been to red lobster in over a decade. Their seafood boil is what got us back in the doors. It was very tasty and worth the money with the amount they give you. The waitress was great and attentive. The experience was nostalgic and I’d give this place 10 stars if I could.
