Red Lobster

After we were seated we had a little bit of a wait for our server. When she arrived, she apologized for the delay and offered us a free appetizer. And from that point on, the service and the food were excellent! It’s obvious that Sonia liked her job. And that makes the dining experience much more enjoyable. We will be back.

We had the Ultimate Feast, and it was amazing! Our bartender and waitress, Sonia, was fantastic! She was super attentive and took care of us completely. One of the best dinners and evenings here in a long time!

The changes that were made to the menu are terrible. Took away some of the good menu items, and I feel cheapened and downsize the other good ones they kept. My husband and I went around the end of July which I forgot to post then, but the waitress we had that night was absolutely horrible! There is no one in the restaurant other than like maybe a handful of tables she only had one other table we waited 30 minutes for our drinks and then it took forever to get our food. It was the worst service by far that we have ever had in this restaurant. I'm not so sure with all the changes and the crappy service that we got that will ever be back again! I wish I could give zero stars for the service

My wife and I haven’t been to red lobster in over a decade. Their seafood boil is what got us back in the doors. It was very tasty and worth the money with the amount they give you. The waitress was great and attentive. The experience was nostalgic and I’d give this place 10 stars if I could.

If you’re coming here and want the best server experience ask for Sonia B!! Me and my friends came late last night and she was an amazing server from start to finish. The food was amazing as well but her service was some of the best service I have ever gotten! Will be back in the future :)

Heather was our server and she was excellent! Very friendly, personable and attentive! The food was very good We had the crab carbonara and ultimate feast. With seafood mushrooms for appetizers. All the food came out hot and quickly. Definitely had a great dining experience
