Awful food. Workers just stared at me. As this was my first time there I had no idea it was self service as far as ordering. I stood by the counter for several minutes before anyone came by and told me I had to use the kiosk to place my order. The food waa horrible. Overly greasy and so much salt I couldn't eat my meal. I don't recommend this place.

One of my favorite burger spots for quick food. Staff is always friendly, and food is made fresh. Banana milkshake is a must!

We went to this location on 7/4/25 and the fellas working were awesome. As soon as I entered the restaurant I was greeted personally by a very energetic young man, who was super polite and friendly. We did a pick up order and they forgot two large fries. I had to go back inside and wait while they dropped more fries as they were out of them. The wait was well worth it, the new beef tallow fries were hot and fresh and were so delicious. Our burgers and milkshakes were super tasty as well. I couldn’t be happier with our late night stop on the 4th, not sure how the ratings are so low for such stellar service and food. Thanks everyone who worked that night, the food was outstanding! 😊👍🎉❤️❤️ As an important side note, we waited about 8 minutes for our food, but for food prepared when you order that is fresh, you really can’t complain.

New kiosk system not only causes an unnecessary build up in the front, have to get up multiple times to get your drinks food etc. Then still get the wrong food. Go back to how it was before I enjoy technological advances but sometimes it's more of a hinderance.

Leaving this review because they almost killed me.

Went through the drive through to just get a milk shake, entered the line and it was only me and one other car. took 10 minutes before they told the car in front of me to pull forward then when I pulled up they told me to look at the menu for 5 minutes. Finally they took my order and I said I wanted a chocolate chip cookie dough milkshake, they put the order in and made me wait at the speaker/menu for another 10 minutes. After the 10 minutes she told me my total and I pulled forward. I paid for my drink and drove away. While driving I took a sip of the milkshake and it tasted like peanut butter (I’m allergic to peanut butter) at this point I figured they gave me a butter finger milkshake. I pulled over spat it out and had to drive to target to rinse my mouth out before I went into anaphylactic shock. Luckily I didn’t swallow any of it. I drove back and walked in to let them know it wasn’t what I ordered. Two managers came out and started arguing with me saying “that’s what you ordered”. I proceeded to mention to them that I’m allergic to all peanuts and would not order anything with peanuts in it. Turns out this was a peanut butter and chocolate milkshake that they gave me. I asked them politely if I could just get the milkshake that I ordered and the manager kept arguing with me about it even though I already paid for the milkshake. I did not ask for a refund or continue to argue with them I just asked for the correct drink. They finally got the correct milkshake for me in under 10 minutes and I left. I’m not leaving this review to scare people away from this business, I’m leaving this review to warn people what you might be in for. If I had any advice when ordering here I’d say definitely go in and order the drive through always takes over 15 minutes. And advice for the company is to do more audits, and get some better training for the managers. The one manager said they “don’t have any peanuts here” the milkshake was called “peanut butter and chocolate” 🤔.

Great food and shakes as always! Very friendly staff. Disappointed by the automated ordering though and no option to be served like they used too. But ober all great experience

Parking: Limited size to offical parking lot, but being its at the mall there is plenty of parking around it

Bring back the waiters. Don’t want to order from a kiosk when this use to be a good dine in experience. Just go to Burger King it’s better than what y’all turned steak and shake into! 👎👎 they also have the audacity to ask for tip when you pay… tip for what? Just pay them by the hour when they don’t serve.
