They've messed up my order the past three times I've gone, and they were extremely slow, even in the drive-thru. I will not be going back.

New kiosk system not only causes an unnecessary build up in the front, have to get up multiple times to get your drinks food etc. Then still get the wrong food. Go back to how it was before I enjoy technological advances but sometimes it's more of a hinderance.

Leaving this review because they almost killed me.

Went through the drive through to just get a milk shake, entered the line and it was only me and one other car. took 10 minutes before they told the car in front of me to pull forward then when I pulled up they told me to look at the menu for 5 minutes. Finally they took my order and I said I wanted a chocolate chip cookie dough milkshake, they put the order in and made me wait at the speaker/menu for another 10 minutes. After the 10 minutes she told me my total and I pulled forward. I paid for my drink and drove away. While driving I took a sip of the milkshake and it tasted like peanut butter (I’m allergic to peanut butter) at this point I figured they gave me a butter finger milkshake. I pulled over spat it out and had to drive to target to rinse my mouth out before I went into anaphylactic shock. Luckily I didn’t swallow any of it. I drove back and walked in to let them know it wasn’t what I ordered. Two managers came out and started arguing with me saying “that’s what you ordered”. I proceeded to mention to them that I’m allergic to all peanuts and would not order anything with peanuts in it. Turns out this was a peanut butter and chocolate milkshake that they gave me. I asked them politely if I could just get the milkshake that I ordered and the manager kept arguing with me about it even though I already paid for the milkshake. I did not ask for a refund or continue to argue with them I just asked for the correct drink. They finally got the correct milkshake for me in under 10 minutes and I left. I’m not leaving this review to scare people away from this business, I’m leaving this review to warn people what you might be in for. If I had any advice when ordering here I’d say definitely go in and order the drive through always takes over 15 minutes. And advice for the company is to do more audits, and get some better training for the managers. The one manager said they “don’t have any peanuts here” the milkshake was called “peanut butter and chocolate” 🤔.

Great food and shakes as always! Very friendly staff. Disappointed by the automated ordering though and no option to be served like they used too. But ober all great experience

Parking: Limited size to offical parking lot, but being its at the mall there is plenty of parking around it

Bring back the waiters. Don’t want to order from a kiosk when this use to be a good dine in experience. Just go to Burger King it’s better than what y’all turned steak and shake into! 👎👎 they also have the audacity to ask for tip when you pay… tip for what? Just pay them by the hour when they don’t serve.

Cold food grease dripping from sandwich flat pop. No napkins or ketchup just thrown in bag barely wrapped.

Visited on 11/17 around 11am ordered one meal a #8 buttery steak burger with fries. Fries were absolutely cold and thrown in the bag not even in the container. The sandwich was drenched in butter and laying in melted butter. Was absolutely horrible. Explains why I stopped going there and figured I'd give it a chance again well officially done now. That type of treatment and service in the food industry is unacceptable.

The food here is always made to order right. The crew is very nice and humble! We never have a bad experience anytime we come here to get our food! Over all the food taste right and actually fills you up for what you’re paying for!

If only more restaurants could have this kind of employees and service! Lamont and Brandon went above and beyond to help me and my husband! This Eastwood Mall Nile’s Ohio is the best of the best ! Highly recommend to all!

Just tried to order 15min after open could hear them on the microphone ? remote to drive thru said hello etc nothing and place looks so rundown it's a dammed shame original great smash burger s especially for a guy up since 5am for work lunchtime early then most chains hence an edge a notch they choose not to embrace it boardmans run so much more efficient sad !

Okay, long time since I’ve been & lots has changed, but that’s okay! Inside very clean and people working there are kind & extremely helpful! You place your order at their menu boards up front. Like many places nowadays. You have to use your printed UR code for your drink, it times you out quickly but you can use it again for a refill if you want. Their fries are THE BEST still, tender & crunchy! Steak burger was great, bacon was crispy If you haven’t been for awhile; stop back in again!
