Most of the people working here before 4pm are not very quick about their service. I stood in the lobby while a woman counted her drawer at the register for 10 minutes before she got the guy from the back. None of them smile. It almost feels as though you are bothering them. I have NOT had the same issues after 4pm. I am not sure what is happening here. I also understand bad days. Just not every single time.
There were nat flies all over the cashier station and drink station. All the tables and the floor were dirty and not wiped down. There was a dead beetle on the ground next to us.

Picking up my order waited for 30 minutes on an online order guys working were slow at what they were doing no reason to sit and wait for an online order for so long
The food here is always great and the workers are nice. Me and my friends like to loiter and buy cookies here. Only complaint is that the old interior of the store looked miles better but oh well?. 5 star

I just left this location l I was the second person in line I waited from From 5:05 to 5:30 To have my food made, I was the second person in line. By the time they were done with my order, there was already a line out of the store. There should be no reason making 4 sandwiches takes 25 minutes.

This place is terrible!! It has went downhill so much from previous years! Everytime I place an order they forget something. Everything taste so bland. The bread is so undercooked it's mush, I even got it toasted and you can't even tell it's toasted. The bacon is completely raw!!! You're going to get somebody sick!! Even the onions don't have flavor, well the 2 pieces of onion that you put on a footlong. I don't eat here often and Everytime I come back hoping they may have gotten better I get let down again. My family will not be coming back here. Not to mention these young kids working there don't even speak to you, no eye contact, just so rude. They act like you're bothering them when you order. I'll go out of my way before I give this place my money again
