Online ordering doesn’t work. Whoever gets paid to manage that shouldn’t work there. Spending 20 minutes typing in different card numbers for none of them to work is absurd.

This morning was the first time in a long time that my husband and I had went to subway . We had no idea what we wanted and were taking so long to decide . The lovely woman working Aleathia was so nice and friendly . Even more so she was so patient. Great customer service. I told her she made my day, and she really did . I hope I spelled her name correctly 😊

Went to the subway at 6261 youngstown rd. today got 2 sandwiches, first of all the staff was not very friendly and the bread on both sandwiches was stale, so stale I had to take the top piece off and not eat it. I would have taken them both back but I stopped on the way to work to get them, and could not go back right then. Next time I will go to the one in Howland the staff there is very friendly and I never have trouble with food.

My mom brought home 2 turkey subs on Italian herb and cheese and the bread was so hard I almost chipped my tooth. I broke off a piece of the sandwich for my dog and she walked away from it and left it on the floor. I'm highly upset with the quality of their subs and had a lot of nerve serving this

I have to say coming here today was One of my best customer service experience's ever!! Laurie was so kind,sweet,knowledgeable was a very respectful employee.id say top 3 I have ever met while ordering takeout in a very long time! She Was very polite and professional yet was still able to have a full conversation about menu items combinations etc.all while making our food. the sandwiches were made perfect. I've been to this Subway multiple times and always have a good experience but this was by far the best ever! Laurie for the win!!??
