Got to this taco bell at 6:40 waited for an order that was mobile sat there for 20 minutes of no acknowledgement while plenty of staff were behind desk some on their cell phones wasn't until 7:14 someone asked could they help me and still then the order that been placed long ago was still not ready horrible!!! Had I came thru the drive thru it would have been a less wait it is ridiculous & poor customer service and urgency worst taco bell I ever been to thats ridiculous
They literally had me waiting in the drive through for 12 min so they could wait till close. Reporting to corporate. Horrible

I have been going to taco bell for a long time now and I never had any complaints until today. I tried to order a chicken burrito in the drive thru but it didn’t go as planned. I forgot the name of the order and asked the employee to help me hut they got really mad and started to yell at me for not knowing what I want. Ik it’s my fault to not remember the name of the order but isn’t it the employee’s job to help a customer? They gave me something else and when I tried to tell them I didn’t wanted this but something else they said you have to pay for it. Everyone in there was trying to make fun of me idk if it’s because I am asian or not but they were super nice with other people. I don’t recommend anyone to go to this specific location to get some Taco Bell!!

I stopped by Taco Bell recently to try the vegan version of the Black Bean Crunchwrap I saw on Instagram/TikTok. I was really excited for it, but honestly, the first one I got just wasn’t it. I mentioned it to the manager (we’ll call her Char-cutie) and she immediately told me to come back so they could make it right.
When I returned, the experience was completely different—in the best way. They remade my Crunchwrap, and it turned out even better than I expected the first time. The team was super kind, and Char-cutie went out of her way to make sure I left happy. They truly took care of the situation with professionalism and great customer service.
Just wanted to give a shout-out to her and the staff for turning the whole visit around. I definitely felt seen and appreciated, and that kind of service deserves recognition. 🌮💜

Went to this location on 11/1 and waited in the drive thru line for close to 15 minutes before I got to the speaker to place my order. When I went to order I was told to wait and proceeded to wait another 5 minutes. It appeared that the window was only doing 1-2 cars at a time and that’s why the line was so backed up. Finally made my order and pulled up and waited on the food. When my daughter and I got home, my daughter’s food was missing from the bag. As usual with this location, what I pay for is not what I get. All that time waiting and she didn’t get a chance to eat cause her food was missing. Order accuracy would do this location wonders so that the right food is in the bag and people get what they pay for. This is probably the worst location in my area and i will not go back to this location anymore cause it’s basically the same thing every time. Something is missing. The E Market and Elm rd locations are far better than this location.

Ordered at kisok, waited for 10 minutes to find out since I & the other people at the counter were being ignored our orders wasn't even in the system. That plus the extremely vulgar language & conversations coming from the kitchen. Left & went down the street to Burger King.

This Taco Bell sucks. Every time I come to this one there is always a problem. I would stop going here but the next closest location is out of the way of where I work. So this last time I had a coupon for a free taco from a previous order they had messed up. The lady at the drive thru speaker said that we had to order something in order to use the free coupon, which we were going to anyways. But I read the fine print on the coupon and it said nothing of the sort. Yeah, cause I go to Taco Bell to steal food with a free coupon 🙄. So yeah never come to this one cause they're rude and they frequently mess up orders. Like I would order a Doritos Taco with no lettuce and a Baja Blast with no ice and they put on both lettuce and ice. It's not a one time thing either, it's every visit there. This location should be just be shutdown or get new management, seriously 😑

Not sure on price etc. My sister did a taco bell run Tuesday September 9,2025. 730 pm-8 pm. She went inside because drive thru was too long. (Not a complaint). They were only 3 workers there. They did an awesome job. I haven't had taco bell for years. For being busy especially the tacos were perfect. Usually would get 2 3 strands of cheese...these were delicious. Keep up the good work. Thanks for the 😋 I'll be back...
