The last 3 times at this location I've waited 10 15 minutes before I make an order. The other day I waited 20 minutes and the line didn't move one car, I had to pull away. It's going down hill and used to be fast service in and out. What happened?? I will review again once things start looking up

Currently sitting in the drive through going on 47 mins. This was after sitting inside for no one to take my cash after ordering inside and waiting 35 mins. This place is always the slowest fast food restaurant I've ever been to. If I didn't already pay $39 for 4 items I'd leave. This is absolutely ridiculous and someone needs to figure something out because there's no way it takes longer than actual restaurants to make taco bell food. Girls in drive through to busy on their phone to even let me know anything or give me my drinks. If anyone has the corporate number for this location please post it here this is so messed up.

Ordered and paid for supreme soft tacos and got what looked like child's tacos. Sparce meat and cheese. No lettuce, no tomatoes, no sour cream. I was so annoyed and in a hurry it was not in the cards to go back.

Went in used the kiosk and paid then waited 40 mins before anyone even noticed we were sitting there employees were all walking around and put all orders on back line will never go here again
This is the better Taco Bell in my area. At least the food is consistent! Don't like that for the most part there is no longer anyone to verbally take your order, they want you to do it all on the kiosk. Call me old fashion but I personally like interacting with people! Is that too much to ask for?
Waited in the lobby for over 15 minutes to get help at the counter 8 people working the line and not one looked up. When The young lady at the window did act like I was standing there She was short and very rude. Am I mistaken can you not order or get help at the counter because you have touch screen ordering now?

Sat in drive thru for a half hour to be told to pull forward for 2 orders of nacho fries……. And sat in front of the store where we were told to pull forward to for 15 plus minutes….. definitely will be skipping this Taco Bell next time we want some…… editing to update….. after waiting the worker came out to tell us the fryer broke and we weren’t getting our fries after waiting for 45 minutes…….

After waiting at the drive up for 5 minutes, with no cars in the line at the window or in front of me, to be acknowledged, I was sent home with a completely wrong order. And I guess the stealing culture is so bad that when I call to complain I’m told I have to bring the wrong food back to prove they messed up. I’m sure if they looked around they would have seen half of my order sitting there. Have been going here for years, but this was my last time
