Do Not stop here if you plan on being home in under 30 minutes.
Everytime I've gotten this after getting off work they've taken more the 30 to 40 minutes to get through the drive through line it's ridiculous.
If youre looking for something fast yo eat go to mcdonalds or Burger King

Drive through, I rarely do fast food. But you dang well know you get those cravings... I was at work for 12 hours, tired... I needed a double patty baconator and a 10 piece nugget so my kid didn't steal all six.
Any time I go here, the once every six or more months I do, this Wendy's shows why it's the best. Great good, fresh fries and nuggets, and that line flows. I don't do fast food, but when I HAVE to, this Wendy's has proven just why it has been my go-to for more than 10 years. It may be a little pricey, but I've personally never had a bad meal.
Good jobs to the staff of this Wendy's, you guys deserve a raise IMHO.

They must drive back and forth to the beef farm to get fresh beef in between every order with how long it takes. Literally was in the drive thru line for well over 30 minutes just sitting and waiting. In fact I wrote this entire review sitting in front of the final drive thru window waiting for my food. It was a chili, nuggets, and two frosties. Not sure why that takes so long lol. One lady I saw just basically standing there or walking back and forth talking. And I can’t even see the end of the line of cars because it’s so long wrapped around the building. Ok, I’ve run out of things to write and I’m still waiting lol.
I went here on 7/9/2025 the lady taking the order and taking payment was completely out of control. I was frustrated and annoyed but never once got rude or needed to calm down. I just had to keep repeating my (simple) order. 2 items. Chili and a double stack no pickle or mustard. The sandwich comes with ketchup, mustard, pickles and onions. So she repeats order and says that with mayo lettuce and tomato. So I calmly said that is not what comes on it. She said “calm down yes it is” so the manager seen this and came to help. She was amazing and Apologize for her employee. While she was doing that the lady that couldn’t get my order right started talking to other employees putting her hands on her head saying she is driving me crazy over and over. This lady was over 50 years old acting like this. It’s a shame.

The drive thru menu board has at least one item listed that you can't actually order. I wanted a Jr. Cheeseburger Deluxe biggie bag and while it is on the menu board you can't order it. To make it worse the staff argued with me when I ordered it. Please fix the menu board

didn’t get a SINGLE thing in my order right! i ordered takeout and i ordered a chocolate chip cookie and they gave me AN OATMEAL BAR!? Also i ordered a baconator and explicitly said “no mayo” and guess what, it was full of mayonnaise. Also they said they didn’t have the stuff to make a frosty? Like isn’t frostys like your whole brand? Unbelievable. i’ve been coming to this establishment for years and the most recent times ive been coming here the service and food has been TERRIBLE.

This worst wendys to go to. This is a fast food service. This is very slow. I ordered to biggie bags it took 25 mins just to pay and another 10 to get my food. Never will comeback. I waited on my drinks and messed them up.

In short: Don't go here. You'll get ripped off.
I'm sick of this. Every time, every time I go here something is wrong. And chiefly among those things is them skimping on proportions!
I know it's not an accident, it's happened the past 5 times I've been here. It doesn't matter what size of fries I order, they're never full, always half full or less, regardless of it being a large or a small. It wouldn't be so bad if I wasn't counting on the correct proportions (that I paid for!) to feed people. If I needed a value size, half handful of fries, I'd order that instead of ordering a small a getting it half full. I've been to other Wendy's recently and haven't had this issue. They just seem to rip you off.
They rarely remember sauces. The drive thru takes forever. They often get orders wrong. The past two times I've ordered a chocolate frosty and didn't get it-the one time being given a vanilla frosty and told that they were out of chocolate (which is perfectly reasonable and I understand) and then it was communicated (in less words) that I've got what I've got and should get over it.
There are a few good people who work here and who try hard, but the past few months this store just skimps on portions. I've made several complaints through Wendy's channels for doing so, and the most I've ever received is a placating $5 off your next order. I don't want to be placated, I want this to be addressed. By someone. I only ever go here because it's the closest Wendy's, but unless someone contacts me I'll write this place off as a loss and contact corporate until I get to speak to someone.
So, tl;dr: Don't go to this Wendy's unless you want to be ripped off. Go to literally any other one that is out there. Thanks for coming to my Ted Talk.

Ordered pickup. Two large fry a Dave's double and a small double and 10pc nugget food was cold by the time I got home which means it was nearly cold when I picked it up. Which was maybe 15 mins after I ordered.

Waited 15 mins only to be ignored by the staff. They were too busy to do the counter orders . They were only taking care of the drive thru. Worse Wendy's I don't recommend it.

Very disappointed 2 we went there first time food got me sick...2nd time I went i understand being busy ..food was cold fries were old and drive thru girl was mad and had an attitude 😒. Like very unprofessional..never will return
