I am writing to express my significant disappointment with a recent order I placed. I rarely leave reviews, but the quality of this meal was so far below expectations that I felt compelled to share my experience.

My order consisted of two garlic Parmesan chicken combos. Upon opening the containers, I was immediately struck by the excessive amount of butter used in the preparation. The chicken was swimming in it, to the point where the butter completely overwhelmed any other flavor. Furthermore, the chicken itself was significantly overcooked, dry, and tough, making the entire experience unpleasant.

The seasoned fries were, unfortunately, completely unseasoned. There was no hint of seasoning whatsoever, leaving them bland and disappointing. To add insult to injury, the cheese dip I ordered was entirely missing from my order.

The overall quality of the meal suggests a concerning lack of attention to detail and care in the preparation process. I understand that mistakes happen, but the cumulative issues—the excessive butter, overcooked chicken, unseasoned fries, and missing cheese dip—indicate a systemic problem.

I hope you will take my feedback seriously and address these issues to ensure future customers receive the quality of food they expect.

Absolutely horrendous service. Brothers are not even trying to get food out in a mildly timely fashion, nobody has any idea what is happening. Messed up my order twice in a row. Food wasn’t even good literally tasted like air. 0/10 would not recommend

I Have gotten food from here several times but never again! I Had to cancel a online order because it changed to pick up and I needed delivery. So i Called, talked to the manager, he canceled the order. He said I would get my refund in 7-10 days.. i never got my refund!

I placed an online order at this restaurant. Waited 35 mins before I went it up. When I arrived I was told that it would be an hour wait even though it had a already been 35 mins. I then asked to cancel my order. I was told I had to go online. There was no option online to cancel my order. So I sent back inside to tell them to make the order because I couldn't cancel it.

The person then proceeded to tell a customer who was trying to place an order that if you order online you get it faster. I asked how was that the case when I placed my order online and was told it was an hour wait. So I was trying to figure how long was the wait for order. He was rude and neither him nor his manager who didn't I identify himself were helpful at all.

All that had to be done was to give me a reasonable time for my order instead of trying to scare people away from ordering on a busy day by saying that it would be an hour wait. Especially when I already placed my order. Its poor customer service

Then when I finally got my order half of it was missing....

They did agree to make the other half of my order right away...

The apologized at the end but it was still a horrible experience

First time back in a while and they didn’t miss. Tried the Garlic Parmesan wings — flavorful, crispy, and not too greasy. The plain chicken sandwich was surprisingly solid, especially with a little ranch on the side. But the real MVP? The fries. Seasoned just right, crispy outside, soft inside. Staff was cool, service was quick. Niles Ohio.

Was very fond of this place very good service and food my only issues is the long wait and they allow pets! I can deal with the long wait especially since usually my food comes out hot and delicious but the pets in the restaurant sitting eating at the table is very unhygienic! I do not want to feed my kids on a table a dog was on and the owners touching everything after feeding their dog touching it right up in the mouth I know some people are pet people but pets are not meant for restaurants I feel like that’s extremely unsanitary but the staff was Amazing once I expressed my concerns over the dog they refunded me my money since my food was not ready yet!

The food here is pretty good. Sauces are always good, but as someone who eats here and does door dash as well the wait time is absolutely ridiculous. You should plan on spending a minimum of 20-30 minutes waiting in your order. If you dare to ask how much longer they lie to you and say oh about 8 more minutes and you will be there for at least 15 more.
If they could do more realistic times and expectations it would be great. This is not a fast food place.

We live in Pa.
My my husband just left there. He got a lemon pepper tender meal and brought me a six piece garlic parm boneless meal. EXCELLENT.!. We both LOVE IT! & we'll be back!
