Ordered online and was handed one bag. Got home, realized there were supposed to be 3 so had to go back. Ordered 4 meals, one box had 1 tender, one box and 5 and there were 2 3 pieces ordered. Counting to 3 should not be so difficult. Always disappointed here.

Went there a month ago and ordered wings and she had them ready in 5 min. Tasted them when we got home and they were so dry and horrible! Threw them away. Called and she said come back we will replace. Went back last week. Same crap. Done in 5 min dry and horrible! Did not call and will never go back! They used to be good long time ago but now they cook them early because they r lazy! Keep your crappy wings!!!

I'm here quite frequently as a delivery driver but I also order from this place from time to time for lunch or dinner. Always a blast with the employees. Great food and I love joking around with the employees whenever I'm in here. All in good fun and I appreciate the kindness and fun in return.

Has to be the worst chicken in Northeast Ohio. Absolutely no flavor on the meat. The lemon pepper chicken was 10x better than the garlic Parm, and that says a lot when I rate the lemon pepper wings a 4/10.
The person who answered my phone call was unfriendly. She set the phone down not to return for several minutes. No apology for the silent wait. There was no option to pay upon pickup. I was not confusing my card information verbally. Maybe because the person I was speaking with was rude and unprofessional. The wings were not prepared well done as requested. There was so much fat on the wings I had to spit out several bites. Horrible quality.

This is my 2nd time going to this wing stop, both times the wings were way to hard and dry, the French fries were hardly seasoned and the garlic Parmesan wings were so oily it didn’t have flavor just a butter taste not garlic Parmesan. I won’t be back because I spent quite a bit of money and it DEFINITELY WASN’T WORTH IT AT ALL.
