I was there this morning and they were so rude to me. It tasted off so I asked if they had put a flavor in and they asked me “does it look like I did” and then the other employees started laughing. I also work for this company (not this location) and it was not a pleasant interaction nor would I speak to customers like that. I get a morning shift is rough but no need to be unprofessional. Not coming back.

Solid spot for quick coffee. Staff was friendly, service was fast, and the drink was exactly what I ordered. Convenient drive-thru and consistent quality. I’ll be back.

If you’re sixteen and don’t like the flavor of coffee but love to look like it, this is your place! Multiple attempts to try this place and I just keep getting flavored milk. This isn’t coffee.

Went thru around 12:15pm on 2/4 and received Great service, little wait time, and excellent service!! Staff was very friendly and helped me choose the best drink option! Love all the flavor options available. Tried the new cold brew and loved it! This is the best location in this area!!

LOVE their coffee. Can’t stand the wait! I’ve never waited less than 10m to order and then another 10m to get your coffee (literally took us 20m this morning). Two different times I’ve sat in the outside line while the inside line has turned over twice. And I’ve seen the 3rd car in line get their coffee well ahead of the first car in line. Just seems very disorganized to me and like there should be a better way. Also, getting coffee isn’t meant to be a 25m experience every time.
ETA: my husband ordered a large hot coffee and we think he got a latte since the cup was only half full and appeared to have foam on top. There’s also nothing on your cup (and never an option of a receipt) to ensure that you got what you paid for.

First time here and my last time here person never took my order or told me to pull forward to the other side of the building just just walked away and didn't even acknowledge the truck in front of me or me who were the last two vehicles in the row!!! then was given my small coffee which is the size of a KIDS CUP pathetic not even worth $5 you no coffee All cream in my cappuccino Where's the coffee

If you like paying $9 for a cup of ice this is your spot!!! Asked for an energy with light ice, was met with an eye roll, and then given a cup filled to the brim with ice. The drink literally was 5 sips. Not to mention it tasted completely different than the same exact energy I had a week prior at another 7Brew location. Employees seemed miserable but maybe they were just cold. Will not be returning due to inconsistencies and bad customer service.
