Went to the drive thru. The girl that waited on me shorted my $5.00. I told her right away that she shorted me. I kept my hand up with the money in it. She ignored me until I said it the second time. She said what did I give you and I told her. She said fine I’ll get your $5. I really felt like she knew she had done it because she ignored me hoping I would just forget about it. All I can say is watch your change. She seemed like a professional. Very tricky!

One of the better Arby's around. Always clean. Staff is always super nice and food is hot and correct no need to check the bag before you leave. Keep up the good work!

Recently, we had ordered takeout & I received 2 turkey sandwiches that looked disgusting! Both with very little meat, lettuce looked old & not appetizing. And for spending $8.19 per sandwich I could have gotten a much better meal elsewhere. We’ve frequented this Arby’s for many years but noticed the quality isn’t there anymore unfortunately!

Customer service could be a little bit better. Welcoming attitude at the drive-thru would be nice. I always enjoy getting the jalapeno poppers hot and fresh out of the fryer, with the Bronco sauce on the side delicious! I would recommend ordering the reuben sandwich it always brightens my day!
