The burgers were charbroiled giving them decent flavor, but the beef itself just seemed like a frozen patty. The fries/tots were hot and crispy but weren’t anything special. The decor is old and tired. We were the only people in there eating and the place was dead silent. Overall, not awful, but neither the food nor the venue justify the $50 spent to feed our family of 3.

I had not been here in many years and stopped in for lunch to check it out again. I wish this business the best of luck, but I would not return. The tater tots were hot and crunchy, but I really think they should do some tater tot seasoning. Maybe offer a spicy seasoning blend.

Fantastic Double “Best Burger” made by the staff here. Pastrami on a burger is my new favorite. Onion rings and chocolate shake put the meal together.

Had to run into UPS store and man I could smell the burgers next door at Best Burger so I ordered the Mushroom Burger with pepper jack cheese and fries online .. as I walked in it was coming off the grille.. absolutely delicious will definitely be back 👍🏻

During my recent visit at Best Burger I had the unpleasant experience of the owner becoming very upset at me for asking him to change his gloves after rolling out a bread stocking rack and stocking packages of bread. Upon entering the establishment I was greeted and he seemed pleasant but that changed very quickly once I explained bread racks are not sanitary and I would like him to change his gloves please. He processed to say “do I tell you how to do your job”. I politely explained I wasn’t trying to offend him however my children will be consuming the food and I would be very appreciative if he would change his gloves. He continued to say why and how he is friends with the health inspector and she doesn’t care. I explained that it’s unfortunate that she would allow him to touch and stock things while preparing food but it doesn’t change the fact I would like him to change his gloves. Once he finally changed them he proceeds to ask for permission to grab the spatula to flip the burger. Then he ask “how about the tongs” and how about this and that. I said sir I am being very polite with my request and soon I will ask for a refund. I explained I’m not being rude and that he was being very unprofessional. My son was with me and was afraid. The owner bagged the food and gave it to me and was so upset he forgot the drinks. I said could I please have my drinks. He gave them and asked where I worked. I said that’s none of your business and thanked him for my food and left. It’s really sad that this was my first visit in years and this was my interaction. I will never visit again and will be sure to share my experience with family, friends and on my lifestyle blog page. I hope the owner can develop better professionalism and improve his customer communication skills.
Would give 5 stars but it was just 1 lady running the entire restaurant. She was awesome but dang guys give the lady some help!

Burger was on the things side. Was a little dry. But flavor was good. Fresh where good. The price was fair. Service was great very helpful to a new customer Over all a nice place. Recommend giving them a try.

Our cashier Aiden was wonderful 5* him alone. My husband came in with a Carnivore diet and they immediately gave him an option on the menu the triple decker as the best bang for buck. I'm starting gluten free and our cashier was awesome. Apologized for being out of gluten free buns kind of bummed about that but told me some of their other options. Anything I was unsure of he offered up or went to ask for confirmation on. The fries are cooked with crispy chicken in fryer I was told but I still went with them. All other sides do have gluten including tater tots which was disappointing but I appreciated their honesty. Overall the quality of food, the quick service and kind customer service far exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be returning. Grilled chicken was super tender, fries are neutral but hot and fresh, burger is very juicy and has good flavor
