Like other BJ's warehouses in the region, this one was eerily quiet when I stopped late one recent evening. Only a handful of customers inside the store, with the sounds of the TVs on display reverberating throughout. For me, this made for a super-pleasant shopping experience. I just got home from picking up my order. I was thrilled that you offered FREE pickup, and delivered it to my car. I was also very happy that I didn’t have to give up my credit card number, being able to pay through PayPal adds more security, in my opinion. I was impressed also because when I arrived, I couldn’t get the app to recognize location (or my phone to allow it?), so I had to call in directly. Negative stars for this place. Bill the gas NAZI started a argument with a customer at the pump and started yelling at the customer. Customer got very upset with Bill the Gas NAZI and will never ever do business with them again! Terrible most ridiculous experience ever!!!! This place is the absolute worst and when Costco opens it will be the end for BJ's
