BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse

We happened to go to BJs for the first time about a month ago on a Thursday and had the Sirloin special which was excellent (baked potato spot on). I had one of their Grand Margaritas (called something like that) and was very very good and a fun drink. So we went back a week later on a weekend for the weekend special. We wanted Pork Chops but they were out already by 6 on a Saturday?? so ordered Prime Rib instead. Lucky for us, the Prime Rib was excellent as well as the baked potato, and the Grand Margarita not so much since they had none of the little props to hold up the Grand Marnier bottle. Bit of a let down- that was half the fun! So we went back this most recent time and server was pretty rushy with us. The Prime Rib came out cold and the potato was not good. We did send the dish back to get it heated up hoping the Prime Rib would not overcook but the potato just wasn't good. We like a good baked potato with our steak, prime rib etc, so it was disappointing. We were there about 5:30 on Saturday so not the most busy time yet. Needless to say I skipped the Grand Margarita this time and got a mojito which was enjoyable. We may need to lay off BJs now for awhile. We were so excited that first time we went though - was so fun and good!

Our server seemed to struggle with remembering things we had asked for moments prior. Our Pazookies took far longer than we anticipated. We think she forgot us.

We had a wonderful, server, Michelle. Very friendly and efficient and recommended a wonderful dinner. She definitely made our dining experience a good night.

Holy slowness batman. Came here twice on a recent vacation. Both visits the food was on point and as reliable as other locations. This particular location, we felt like a hassle to our wait staff. Slow to arrive, slow to check on us, slow to bring the bill. Neither trip did it seem so busy to explain the delays.

I love this restaurant so much! The food is always so good!! I always get mac and cheese balls because they are always amazing. And the pizookies! You can never go wrong with the pizookies and we got the snickers one which was so good.

Had the Sal's Brewhouse chicken. It was so good, I ate it all!

Tried it 3 times. I’ll try to leave an honest opinion. Try 1 was mediocre at best, too 1.5 hrs to get out food from the time we sat down. Second time was on Valentine’s Day. Made a reservation, they lost it I was told we would be pushed to the front of the line because they could see our reservation but it was a computerized malfunction. We waited 3 hrs to get a table. Left and went to Golden Corral. Try 3 was a complete joke as we waited to get a table and then waited forever to get food.(like over an hour). After we were told they didn’t have several things on the menu. Be better to eat at a fast food joint. At least you’ll get something to eat

I ordered the classic cheeseburger with onion rings. When I got the food, everything was cold. I sent it back and it still wasn’t right.
We hardly saw our waitress.

This was one of the worst most degrading experiences I have had to encounter. My wife and I was seated at 7:08, and we did not receive any greeting or service until 7:28 only when my wife asked to speak to a manager. The manager came to our table and his demeanor and his way of handling the situation seemed very forced and rushed. We decided to leave because it was a bit embarrassing how the whole situation was handled.

Our experience was great! I had a reservation and we didn't have to wait for my table no more than five minutes. We go every Mother's Day as tradition and we loved it, especially the Mother's Day glass!

Great place excellent food would return for another meal although I would not recommend getting the steak
