The quality assurance at Bob Evan’s is lousy. We ordered DoorDash three times in a row. Every single time they did NOT put in the biscuits and gravy. We called them and they actually blamed DoorDash for it not being in the bag. I didn’t know DoorDash packed the bags. One job, friends!!! Read the computer monitor and self check the order. We are NEVER ordering from there again.

Western omelette fillings were basically uncooked. Never got my extra side of sausage. Hash-brown portion was literally a quarter cup and I am leaving hungry. Bathroom is disgusting and so was the gluten free menu they handed me. The server was sweet but she left me with an empty cup.

My family and I went there to celebrate my brother's birthday. Our food was pretty good but some of it was served cold. We went on a day that they were short staffed so things were not perfect but that happens.

You know I order from here a lot and I’ve never had any issues with my food until yesterday and I understand it was Thanksgiving and everyone was busy. My hashbrowns were completely burnt. I couldn’t even eat them. My eggs were way overcooked. My food was cold and the biscuits tasted like absolute crap. I wanted pancakes, but the girl couldn’t comprehend how to switch out the biscuits for pancakes, even though every other time I’ve ordered pancakes. Terrible experience on Thanksgiving! Of course, that was For the day because I live on a tight budget.

Cappucino tasted scorched but drinkable. I ordered two eggs that came out runny. Sausage Gravy is just flavored Gravy no sausage. Toast was 1/4 way buttered. Everything was cold as well.Sent my eggs back but by the time they came out my appetite was gone. Waitress gave me wrong bill. Other people were complaining on the way out... just not good.

First visit to this Bob Evans. Great experience. My Rise and Shine Burger was a bomb! So delicious. Same with my Caramel Mocha coffee. To die for. Teresa, our waitress was attentive, very friendly, and professional. Will definitely go back.
