The quality assurance at Bob Evan’s is lousy. We ordered DoorDash three times in a row. Every single time they did NOT put in the biscuits and gravy. We called them and they actually blamed DoorDash for it not being in the bag. I didn’t know DoorDash packed the bags. One job, friends!!! Read the computer monitor and self check the order. We are NEVER ordering from there again.

Western omelette fillings were basically uncooked. Never got my extra side of sausage. Hash-brown portion was literally a quarter cup and I am leaving hungry. Bathroom is disgusting and so was the gluten free menu they handed me. The server was sweet but she left me with an empty cup.
