Ordered a mobile order and at the speaker asked if I could have everything fresh. Got to the window only thing fresh was chicken fries all other sandwiches were cold and old. Called and talked to Addie, if that was her real name. Never apologized, talked over me, had an attitude, and yelled at me. I never raised my voice once. I can't believe that the district manager Chris let alone Walt the regional manager has let that store get that bad. This isnt the first issue I've had with cold,old food at this place lately. Just a horrible experience.

We haven’t seen the RM in a while. But, we hope she’s proud of who’s running the place while she’s gone. Chrissy and Sam are doing amazing, the service is fast, restaurant clean and food is hot! And they have been so friendly too! Great job to whole store always making it a great experience!

Earlier this week tammy if she is the manager and the woman that took my order, that woman who took the order was skinny blonde, distinctive jaw line. we ordered a #1 and a #9 they gave us #1 both with no mayo. We came back, and they argued with us. Shouting matches and derogatory remarks were made. My other half believed both the women were racist.. I didn't see that. But they dogged the heck out of me. And the manager came up to my car, blew smoke in the car. And I told her to call the police. They came back with my money back, we never got our food. This carrolls burger king is trash

I don't eat out a whole lot and Ive always loved burger king but this one in particular is fantastic I made a mistake on the app ordering my food and one of the employees I think she might have been a manager was nice enough to go to the other location and bring my food to me which helped me a lot as I rely on the bus for transportation five stars all around great staff at this location keep up the good work

Well, we all know BK. The place was clean. The pop machine, although not the fancy kind, worked. Had a burger once and another time the original chicken sandwich. Warm and not overcooked. Prices have gone up.
Employees are super nice and food was really fresh.

This Burger King use to be decent, until now. Just placed an order for over 70$ to feed a large group. Things came w so much mayonnaise it was oozing off, small burger Pattie’s on whopper buns, sandwiches w tags on them w edits to sandwiches but stuff that was supposed to be taken off still on. Then I call to speak to the manager (a young man answered) tells me go ahead and talk so I began to ask him if he remembers my order he hangs up on me (I’m assuming he remembered the order and knows how sloppy and wrong my order was) I tried calling back no answer. I feel like I’m being punked everything is so goofy with this situation. If he was a manager he definitely needs some more training and the make line needs to get it together as well. It’s super frustrating and annoying

Great breakfast deals. Very friendly staff. I really like their scrambled eggs. Great flavor and fluffy. I also like the French toast sticks.I prefer the Impossible Whopper over the regular beef one.
