Went here to DoorDash tonight , the manager or who ever the guy is to the restaurant , was very rude to me. All I asked was where the drink was for the order I was picking up and I asked nicely he snapped at me and said “Well it’s 10:30 I don’t know why you’d think we’d have sweet tea at 10:30 “ ok . I never even frequent this restaurant I don’t think I’ve ever eaten here personally how was I supposed to know? Then he proceeded to be really nice to the other dashers. Oh yeah and he proceeded to go on about how his other employees were “lazy.” And took their kids trick or treating.. I won’t be patronizing this place after I was treated that way.

We were at the north canton, ohio resteraunt on 8/10/2025 and there were only 2 employees working. So there was some back up of orders and some impatient customers. But i want to commend those employees for staying calm, friendly and go the back up cleared while still smiling!!
I was impressed. And the management should commend them too!!!

I’m writing to complain about the company in general. They are understaffed they overwork minors for hours with no brakes. I know of a minor that works from 9:30 AM to 11:30 PM! There is no way a minor should be closing a restaurant by themselves with no one else there! And where do the tips go? Because they do not go to the employees that work there! This is an overall bad look for the company and the establishment in general if your food is that bad to where you only need one person to work there then you shouldn’t be open and they shouldn’t be working all day by themselves! Signed concerned, citizen of overworked, underpaid, understaffed minors in restaurant, facilities!
