I was greeted when I walked in and the food was prepared quickly. The Chicken California (my favorite) was hot and fresh. The watermelon strawberry lemonade was amazing.

Came to Charlie cheese steak today the food was very good. It was freshly made. We had a bit of a wait , but it was worth it.. Atmosphere was rated a four because they need to sweep in here and clean off the tables. The bathroom was clean.. Young lady who brought out her food Had good customer service skills. I will no longer go to Charlie cheese steak at the Beldon village mall .I will always take the extra drive and come down here to this location.

Their shake was very tasty and creamy. The sandwiches kind of disappointing, not what we remember having in AZ, NJ, and GA. The place has very loud music. You can hardly talk and be heard.

They just let me stand at the counter forever until I realized they had a self order screen on the other side then charged $15 for a small meal that had almost no meat on it just all bread. I definitely won't be back.

Update: I came here as a Dasher to pick up an order and was treated like a nonhuman. I was polite. I waited for my order patiently, but they wouldn't even talk to me, kept showing outward anger simply because I was in the building, just awful attitude and intentional disdain for me. I guess yall forgot that your local dashers are also local consumers. I think I'll be taking my personal business elsewhere from here on out. Congratulations you just lost a customer.

Wow, THAT was a great cheesesteak! I got the large Philly and a chocolate shake and it was very good! With all the fixins (which they ask you if you want them) it was like cheesesteak meets poboy. Well worth the price! I will be back. Good job guys!
