I don’t usually like many people named Ron but the Ron at this Chick-fil-A is the best Ron I’ve ever met!!! I will always come back to this location. (P.s) Massillon Chick-fil-A has nothing on the Dressler location

My Mom & I went inside to eat. She had me get a table while she ordered. Chicken and fries were amazing as always! Shirley (I think that's her name) who keeps things clean at the tables & condiment area came over to our table to check on us & see if we needed a refill. She was so sweet!

Thank God this place is closed on Sundays. Sadly being closed only 1 day a week isn't enough for the most overrated commercial food joint in America. Maybe I'm alone on this but I honestly don't understand how people find their food delicious?

So this is my first time here ever. Not sure why everyone loves it. I got the Number one. Buttered bun. Oddly shaped chicken. 2 poorly placed pickles. I wished I'd taken a picture. Did it taste great? No. It was ok. The fries were good enough. I ordered a chicken deluxe for my wife but I guess the girl didn't hear me and I got a reg. Chicken.
I was told to give it a 2nd chance and try a different meal.
