My grandkids always choose DQ when I ask where they want to eat. This particular DQ is the one we go to most frequently, and the young people working the counter are always so friendly :)

We ordered a gluten-free (no Oreos) ice cream cake and we loved it! They even personalized the design on it for us - I was very pleased and surprised. It was so cute and tasted great!

I went there to get a banana split a senior one ! The person at the window with a snotty voice said we don't have a senior banana split! I told her that I will be going back to the Hartviille D Q where I always get the senior discount Will be telling all my senior friends about this also Not happy at all!

I’ve reached out 3 times now to the customer service email with a complaint and have yet to hear back that has to do with missing order items and undercooked items as well. I just wanted a refund, but I guess the 1 star will have to suffice. whoever took over this DQ claimed they were going to turn it around and make it better have yet to do that, and I have yet to have a decent experience.
Update to your response: I have. Twice. The first time I did it via receipt survey. The last two was on that website.
Another update: Gave them another try and the order was wrong again.

This was my first time at the Dairy Queen in North Canton. I have to say that the people working there are all very friendly and polite. They seemed to be very efficient as they were busy. I was not sure how to order and I just drove up to the window. Great service and the ice cream was delicious!! I will definitely be back!!

Food could be a little less greasy and fresher crisp fries. But service was quick. Lol. The drive-thru can be a hassle during busy times as it is located in a mini mall near a supermarket and other businesses. I feel I won't visit this location much unless I had to.

A nice Dairy Queen location. The drive thru menu is in a weird spot due to the location of the building. This location does not have the full Dairy Queen menu, so you may not be able to get everything you would at another location. All Dairy Queen locations have raised their prices a lot, so we haven't been going as much lately.

Overall, I gave this a 4, because the cashier didn't notice us walk in for a few minutes. He was friendly, and also cashed us up really fast. The bathrooms were neat and clean, but they could work on the lighting. The food was crispy, juicy, and very flavorful. The food came out relatively quick, and the atmosphere felt kind of nostalgic, as it was set to look almost like an old diner.

To preface... I ordered on the app and accidently placed my order at the wrong DQ (FYI. The app doesn't use your default location!)But everyone at this DQ was amazing. They were friendly and helpful, and just wanted to make sure my daughter and I got our food and left happily. They called the other location for me and got my order transferred over. My food was all ready before they were even done on the phone!I felt so stupid for making this mistake, but I really appreciate how they handled the situation. It would have been very inconvenient if we had to drive all the way to the other DQ. They certainly didn't have to do all this for me, but I am very thankful they did!Definitely a wonderful team out at this DQ! We will definitely stop back when we are in the area. And this time I will make sure I change my location in the DQ app!Also, those Parmesan chicken strips are AMAZING!
