Pizza was over cooked not flavorful or tasteful. Also called yesterday after placing online order and thought staff was rude who i talked to. Definitely love donatos but this location i been to twice and both times was horrible. I'll stick to Massillon location and so should others.

Use to be good but slowly declining. Most of the workers seemed upset to be there. They say what they need to say but with attitude.
Clean restaurant but the vibe and atmosphere is depressing. Food is pretty good not amazing but not bad.
This place definitely need some change. Will not be going to this location. Lots of pizza places near by that are way better. And provide better experience.

The service was ok not very friendly,but got everything right,the salad was yummy the bread sticks was yummy,,but the pizza I feel went down hill the sauce seems different so we didn't really eat out pizza and the prices are getting so high for what you get.wont be back sorry

I never leave bad reviews but we were staying in a hotel and we were told delivery would be 40 minutes. I called 1 hour and 40 minutes later and was told it went to the Hyatt hotel instead of the Hilton. So they said they would refund the money and they would remake it. They just had to wait for a door dash driver to pick it up. When I first ordered it was 759 pm. It is now 1015 at this point and I call back and the girl tells me the door dash driver picked it up 5 to 7 minutes ago. It’s now 1056 and no pizzas and they are closed. They have lost our business this is so crazy so I now have to order from another pizza place at 11 on a Tuesday. Papa John’s it is……

Management is unprofessional. I was told I had the job, I turned down multiple jobs and then he never got back to me. I called, he said he was running a background check and would get back to me. He never got back to me. Since then, I've had multiple background check ran, they got back instantly with zero crimes, zero personal issues. 100% clean.
