I love dunkin. But the lady named Terri is EXTREMELY RUDE. she looks like she hates her job. She snatched my card out of my hand. She was VERY stand offish and seemed like she was not wanting to be by anyone at all. I will continue to come to dunkin but if she is there to take my order , I will walk away and go to another dunkin.

I only get a small black coffee & it takes forever to get it. I think 15 min last Sat. That's insane. I get they're busy, but just a quick cup shouldn't take but a few seconds. Also, instead of the cashier just standing there waiting for someone to come in, they should help with the hot coffee. Even SB will grab a quick on tap brew. But the coffee is good, I like the fireplace & atmosphere. Keep the older, dark/grey haired women away from the register. I feel unwelcomed and intruding when she's there.

this Dunkin Donuts is one of my favorites, always good taste that shows they keep the water clean and the coffee right on. But my order was not done correctly, with a $5.65 specific coffee, that had me walk back in saying something, them spraying the toppings with an irritated look and never apologizing, or offering to just remake it for me to know it's going to taste as good as it did last night.

Had lukewarm coffee served there on multiple occasions when it was to be hot, but when I do mention it, they replace it and staff are all helpful. Overall, I enjoy stopping there. Convenient location.

Saturday, September 7, 2024 at around 9:45 am employees at this specific restaurant refused to make a Doordash order. Those orders are pre paid upon, their refusal to make the order was unacceptable behavior. I am appalled by this location. This is a report concerning their bad behavior this morning.
