I haven't been to a Fazoli's forever because I don't live near one anymore. Passing through the area, we opted to stop for dinner along our travel route. The food has changed a lot in 15+ years since I've dined at a Fazoli's, but it was good. The servings were still generous. The store was very clean and the staff was incredibly nice.

I placed a doordash order for the Chicken Broccoli Penne and the chicken haf changed from what I am use to eating. The chicken literally looked like tofu instead of the chicken strip they use to use. It was not appetizing. The foood came cold no faught of the doordasher because the breadsticks came hard and cold. I could not even heat them up if I wanted. Overall, the food was very disappointing.

I had an overall enjoyable experience. This was my first visit to this establishment. The food was good but not exceptional. The service was excellent. The portion sizes were generous as well.

For a chain this place is great. Inexpensive and everything comes with garlicky bread sticks with free refills. Can't beat the price, portions are large and flavorful. Staff at this location is really attentive and kind.
