Food was absolutely disgusting, bread sticks doughy, got a refund on the fettuccine Alfredo because of the awful taste and got a slice of pizza literally no cheese on the pizza and rock hard :( sad because I haven't been here in like ten years, it used to be mine and my husband's favorite place ! Absolutely yuck ?? Do better fazolis, we should not be having rock hard pizza served and bread sticks cooked on the outside but the inside is nasty sticky doughy

Our meal was really good. We didn’t have to wait too long. Our sodas were good too. Only issue is we were disappointed they didn’t have the stuffed shells on their menu they were advertising.
Kid-friendliness: Great smaller portions for the kiddos! Perfect discounted lunch portions with a good variety too! You get pasta, bread sticks(which I think are better than Olive Gardens) and salad and a drink! Perfect

This place used to be amazing, but sadly has fallen from grace. Staff were quite rude, and were acting like taking our orders was a burden and a bother to them. Prices have also gone up significantly, and food quality has gone the opposite direction. Grand sampler was lukewarm, the fettuccine alfredo was undersauced, and the first round of bread sticks were hard as a rock.For the price paid, the food and service should have been much better. Unfortunately, this will likely be the last time we visit for a while.
Waited 30 mins in drive through for pickup order, when I got home we realized 0 of 3 of ours pastas were in the order, just sides. So we had to find something else for dinner. I've called the store 3 times over 3 days to try to get a refund but no answer.

Fizzle my rizz cause this is the most wackest Italian food ever,(boomer feed).—I hope this franchise goes out of business in every state so nobody has to be in that crusty establishment and smell the suffering and lies on Italian food cause “Fazolis”isn't it .
