Stickers in the fries like towards the bottom to find it as u are jus around half way thru the fries... GROSSED OUT!!! Then call the store and speak with someone to be placed on hold the young man gets back to the phone to say yeah well that happened probably came off of another item like the hamburger. No apologies no offer to replace the fries and this would of been my first time eating with them.... Did not eat jus irritated my soul my daughter almost ate that sticker if it could of been my of my grands whom received a sticker in the food. We jus had to trash it all and cook something else! The way the restaurant addressed the issue eeeerr lack there of...addressing it tells me never ever again! If only I could give a negative rating.

Pretty good food. I always get a single bacon cheeseburger (with ketchup, mustard, pickles, & onions), with fries (be sure to use the salt and malt vinegar on your fries), and a drink. Otherwise, every burger is a double! If you don't mind paying good money for a good burger...then, you'll have a positive experience. It takes a while, but they make your food when you order it, so I'm pretty lenient here. The atmosphere isn't bad typically, it's pretty clean. The shakes are pretty good as well... you can mix flavors. Again, if you don't mind paying good money, for a good shake you'll be pleased. Not an incredible shake, but a good one.

Food is always delicious and fresh and because they make it fresh, you do have to wait a bit for your order. Totally worth it. Best fries around!
Parking: It's hard to find parking at peak hours, especially when it's one giant shared lot for multiple restaurants.

Arrived at 6 P.M. on a Wednesday. Not very busy at all. Ordered Bacon Cheese burger,large seasoned fries,peppermint shake and friend ordered a cheeseburger and root beer. Lots of toppings too chose from at no extra cost. Meal was a tad expensive but all was very delicious and was given a substantial portion of fries! Ordered the meal to eat in and thought it was to come on a tray but was delivered in a paper bag as if to go ? Overall it was good food of questionable value but would probably stop there again.if shopping in the vicinity...

Terrible experience tonight. Ordered from their website for delivery. Waited and waited. Called into the store and they said someone said they were with Doorsash and took my order. I asked if I could come pick it up and was told sure come on in. While driving in the dasher that was supposed to pick up my order said he called the restaurant and they told him someone took it. I arrive at the restaurant and they are remaking my order then proceed to tell me this is a one time thing and if someone takes my order again they won't remake it. If you're going to offer delivery how about you verify who's picking up orders instead of just handing to just anyone.
Called back to tell the so called manager DoorDash was going to refund the fees to them to send to me since the order was stolen and she hung up on me.
The workers deserve a better manager. One with customer service and basic problem solving skills.

They messed up my order three times and each time I went back to tell them it wasn’t right (and I wasn’t even upset about the mistakes at first!) the guy behind the counter acted annoyed that I came back. The first time, they forgot a sandwich but when I told them this they acted like I’m trying to get an extra sandwich. Then it turned out they had mislabeled all the sandwiches so we were actually missing a different one than we thought so when i got up to tell them this and get the right sandwich, the guy kept shaking his head and smirking the entire time. The manager came and she did not apologize or address the behavior at all. I was not upset about the mistakes but the completely unprofessional behavior of both staff and manager is appalling. I will never come here again!

We were there on Monday August the fifth. They made mistake with our order and when we told them they were so rude. Even the manager was very unprofessional. The problem wasn’t about making mistake (everyone can make mistakes) but the way how they act was very bad. We spent 80$ and they act like we are looking for free burger. At the and manager wants to give us 10$ gift card but we didn’t excepted. It wasn’t about money. Somebody have to take care of those unprofessional rude people
