Love the fresh baked goods. There is a large variety of choices that will drive your taste buds crazy. The staff is always friendly and professional. Buttercream is the best frosting on the white cake in my opinion.

We purchased a rectangular cake yesterday with buttercream icing, almonds around side, glazed fruit on top, almond extract cake flavoring, and custard filling. We wanted to give kudos to the team, as this was one of the best cakes we have ever tasted. There were five at dinner (and the waiter), and we all couldn’t stop talking about how delicious the cake was! Thank you for making our Mother’s Day celebration so wonderful!

The pharmacy has really gone downhill. I never get the automatic refills anymore, even though they say that it's on my account. Now I'm having an issue with the pharmacy telling me that I have no refills left. The bottle that I just emptied advises 1 refill. Right, GE Pharmacy... I'll be switching to my insurance mail order service. This is getting ridiculous.

If they cared about their customers they would have the registers open to accommodate. They have self checkout lines and encourage you to use them but then tell you that you can’t purchase alcohol and act as though you should know better

I recently had a terrible experience with grocery delivery - not the fault of Giant Eagle mind you - but the staff and manager on duty were exceptional in dealing with the situation and went above and beyond to make it right! I appreciate absolutely everything they did to right the wrong!!!!!

My best friend ordered a three tier wedding cake and two sheet cakes for her wedding at Gervasi. Everyone said the cake was delicious and they looked beautiful. The price was affordable as well. The only thing that would have helped was if they delivered to the wedding (at Gervasi) but I imagine that is how they keep costs low!!
