It was my first time in and everything was amazing. The place was spotless, I was greeted right away, and any question I had was able to be answered. I got my smoothie quickly and it was absolutely delicious. They also sell local honey!

I just tried the mocha frappuccino protein shake. Tastes like something you'd get from Starbucks. Whey isolate protein. 37g of protein. Also got a couple protein cookies. As someone who is allergic to peanut butter and nuts, he used a separate blender and the cookies weren't made with any nuts or almond flour. I'll definitely be back!

Just went to this place today and who knew it was so close to where I live I thought I would try it out and it was definitely worth it. The owner was so kind and helpful and very respectful. He explained what was in the protein smoothie and how it was good for me, the smoothie was excellent very high-quality ingredients and very delicious.
