Wow what a joke, this Subway is run by a less than amateur , very unprofessional, unfriendly manager ( as noted by the name tag on her hat) Handwritten notes about all they are out of EXCEPT no note to announce they don't have pretzel bites or sliders. Finally when making a footlong sub into a meal -our 9 year old received ONE cookie. When we asked why only one cookie vs 2 she claimed she was trained as a manager " to only give one cookie" when we pointed out the menu ( pic attached) she refused to even turn around to look at the menu and stated " our menus haven't been updated yet" well now wouldn't make sense to honor the menu then or put up ANOTHER hand written note to describe one cookie ?? We visit ( well used to visit ) Subway all across portage , summit, and lake county , all provided 2 cookies . Whatever happened to just DOING THE RIGHT THING?? The mother before us had the same concern but chose to not argue about it. I would love to hear from either the owner of this franchise or leadership of the corporation. You can do better Subway. Follow up : "customer care team" response was muted, blithe ,and generic. Actually offered cookie coupons as a gesture. Tried to get them to understand its not about the cookie ,it's about the treatment of people- to little avail. Sounds like all other reviews for this franchise expressed the same concerns ....I see a trend

Absolutely garbage that they refuse to male subs without cheese and will charge you on the subway app and then refuse to make the food or refund the charge

Horrible HR. Had an interview a week ago. Was told I'd receive a call either Friday or Monday with a potential job offer. It's now the following Thursday and Nothing. I've now called HR 5 times a day for 4 days and not only do they never answer any of the lines but they don't return your call either. Why hire an outside HR firm if they're this unprofessional. But when you go to the E. Exchange St. location they've been completely understaffed to the point it takes 30-45 mins to get your food. Too bad they can't pick up a phone because I have 30 years in the restaurant industry and 10 years of management experience. But apparently they're ok with sub par employees and even worse upper management.

Horrible, simply horrible! Customer service is rude and uncooperative and they are not taking this pandemic serious. They charge the wrong card then refuse to handle it!

Ordered sandwiches online at 4pm super bowl sunday, for pick up at 6pm. Get there and no one acknowledges I'm even waiting and then proceeds to tell me that I have to get in line because sandwiches weren't done yet. I asked for a refund and no one working knew how to give a refund, i walked out without food and no refund and missed the beginning of the game.

W Tusc location in Perry is horrid. She forgot to turn the toaster on & asked me if I wanted my sandwich MICROWAVED. That’s disgusting! If I wanted a microwave sandwich I’d go to McDonald’s. She then said it takes 10-15 minutes for it to heat up. I walked out. That’s disgusting. All it’ll do it dry out the egg, the bread would get weirdly soggy. This location has gone down hill recently. I don’t know if it’s all new employees or what but I’d gladly drive way out of my way to not come to this store.

They make obtaining your paperwork after u quit so hard to acquire the staff us rude and unprofessional when u call the corporate building and make u wait months and beg for you stuff. They make u email is request forms to wait for the paperwork u want thru the mail for months at a time i will never work for this company again by far the worst experience

I have worked at subway for 14 years and I have to say it's the best company I've ever worked for. very flexible schedules, great insurance for full time employees, great attendance programs and bonuses for good attendance, free food, many opportunities for growth within the company, let's not forget one of the best things about subway that I love is the cleanliness. subway isn't just a job it's a second family!

I have worked for J & K Subway for 7 years. I love my job. The company has one of the best employee benefits package. Free food when you work, 50% off other times. A great health insurance package for full time employees. Paid time off for all employees. A great referral program as well as an amazing attendance program for reliable employees. I highly recommend this company.
