Jersey Mike's Subs

Celiac beware. I informed them I had celiac and that typically they prepare the gluten free on a separate area, but it was prepped on the same area as the other food. But she did ask someone else wipe the counter down, but the cross contamination with using the same condiments is problematic and not changing the gloves. Second time here at this location this has happened.. jersey Mike's in massilon seems to be trained a bit better with celiac.

Excellent service, quick and efficient despite being busy and everyone was super friendly!

One of the employees told me a story about tossing a sub to a customer - I said, If you toss mine over to me I'll give you 5 stars! Best closing night, ever!

they do not know how to make sandwiches they dont even cut the bread right, even or fold the meat and such these guys are very sloppy

The girl with the blue in her hair greeted everyone that walked in even when it was super busy, and you don't come across people like that often so wanted to shout her out for being super friendly and having great customer service

Ordered a mini roast beef and asked the associate to grill the meat and cheese 🧀 and it was so good! Came in shortly after they opened with a short wait to order. Such a great location and option for lunch. Next time, I'll see if they will grill the bread. Don't forget the chipotle mayo 😋

Order a Spicy Italian chicken sub, it's normally served hot, mine was cold. Didn't get a chance to tell them I wanted it Mike's way. An employee told it's my job to tell them when they write order, because they don't bring hot subs over to the main side. Terrible experience.

Ordered some food for me and my girlfriend. I would be giving 5 stars but they forgot to put tomatoes on my girlfriend’s sandwich and of course it was somehow my fault. Now she’s angry at me:(

Employees are rude and unbearably slow, I waited 35 minutes for my order to be ready for the employee to be rude after I waited so long and watched so many other people who showed up after me got their food. I believe the belden location needs to be closed down if they can’t keep up like the rest of the Jersey mikes. This location is ruining the Jersey mikes experience.
