When I went into the store there was literally 6 people huddled behind the counter doing nothing. The person that waited on me seemed desperate to return to the conversation instead of doing his job. Food was mediocre. There are so many sub places now I can't believe they are still in business with employees like this.

Everyone was nice when I went in to pick up my online order, but I selected light mustard online and it was literally drenched in mustard. I had to wipe it off :/

We ordered 2 subs and 2 pesto pasta salads last night. Got home to realize, the 2 pesto pasta salads were outdated and to be USED by 8/8 and 8/9. We bought them on 8/10 towards the end of day! I called the store only to be told they don't know what they want me to do! I told them i wasnt eating it and wanted my money back, i was told they cant do that! I told them i am afraid to eat the subs, because if they had day dots on their pasta salad and still sold it to me, who is to say the meats and produce are in date too! The manager then told me" they should be alright to eat, they just have to put those stickers on there"( ? Yes sir, for quality and freshness)Then i was told by a "Manager" im sorry if you get sick and was hung up on!

Been ordering food fron this location for years. Ever since they opened in North Canton, in all these years I have never experienced such poor service. Food took over an hour to arrive. When it did arrive food was left on non covered door step in the rain. Ramp to covered porch 6 foot away.

If you use Doordash to order Jimmy John's it won't show up. I'm not sure whether it's the franchisees fault or doordash, but after the third time of my attempting to order, it hasn't been delivered. It's more of a hassle with my CC company than any level of convenience.
Stellar customer service awesome wheat bread option can't wait to try the lettuce wrap thing. Keep on rocking dudes!

I ordered 3 slim 1s and one #2. All the sandwiches had single slices of meat in them. I'm not over stating this. These sandwiches are basically bread with only a flavor of what the sandwiches are supposed to be. This cost over $30... It's wasn't worth it at all.

I ordered a delivery and my sandwich was supposed to be wrapped in lettuce becuase I have a gluten allergy. Well when me and my wife got the food it was on a sub and I also asked for a coke and got diet. I called and told someone about it and asked if I could get it remade and deliverd again and they said OK and hung up. I never got my remake and I had to throw my food away. Very rude and upset!

They've been consistently messing up my order. Must've been a staff change or something cause this never used to be an issue. At least over a month now, I've ordered several times and there's always something missing. It's not even like I order a lot of food. I get one sub, always order it the same way. Giant #7, no lettuce, no mayo, add mustard and extra Capocollo. They'll charge me for the double cap but never actually add it to my sandwich, and it's usually missing either the hot peppers, the onions, the tomatoes, the mustard, and sometimes all four. I've said something to the staff before, as a kind reminder you know.. a "please don't forget these." as I can understand accidents happen but this has been consistent. The last time I said something to one of the staff, he took down my order and assured me it wouldn't be messed up cause he was the one making it. Even put extra hot peppers on the receipt, told me he was going to load it up and when I looked, there was less than ten pepper pieces on my sub. I'll admit, I took it a little personal. Went in today, got my sub, came home opened it up and was missing both onions and tomatoes. Called up to let the manager know this was going on and if it's happening to me then it's probably happening to other customers. They gave the usual apology offered to comp my next meal but I respectfully declined. I'm not interested in a free meal and I don't want a refund. I just want to make sure I'm getting what I ordered.

Ordered a plain slim #4, my turkey tasted really off and was covered in green slime. Went back to store and employee said he couldn’t think of what this could be.
