After waiting 20 minutes in the drive through ten of which was sitting at the window watching the employees walk by I ordered donatos and left.

Drive Thru window has a sign that states "I'm the only one here", so I wait patiently because I selected Drive Thru on my order. After giving my name, the lady screams she can't hear me. Then comes back with my pizza to tell me she's not being rude but I can't read. Excuse me? I barely got to say thank you, before she goes on to degrade me & make sure I know she's the only one there. Why doesn't she go back to work instead of keeping the customers longer & belittle them, wastes time for both sides. Please help this woman!

As a life long North Canton resident and long time Little Caesars supporter of this location I will NEVER return. I don’t know what is up with the owner/management but today I was treated by an employee that was rude, nasty, unprofessional, and downright mean. Sad to experience but clearly they are ungrateful for business and thus don’t need any. Sad and sickening experience.

It was clean. Walked in with my family and waited 5 mins before they addressed us. Didn't have anything ready to go but 1 pizza and 2 bread sticks. Didnt give us our pizza dip. Pizza was very flat hard and burnt. Not good at all. Getting more expensive too and quality is getting worse. The bread was flavorless. We asked for plates and napkins but they didn't have plates. They pointed to 3 napkins on the counter. There was no dine it.

I called to place an order. Was on hold 10 minutes & they never came back to the phone. Could hear talking & clinging & clanging of the dishes in the background. Never got to experience the pizza because unable to place an order. This was 12/8/2024 @ 1130am. A male with an accent answered & said "Ceasers, please hold" & set the phone down & never came back...
