We went there for a birthday there was 11 of us. it took us 1 1/2 hours to get seated we called ahead and they wouldn't take reservations so we went half hour early and let them know that we had 11 people coming in at 5:00 they told us it'd be an hour and 15 minute wait it was an hour and a half or more once we were seated the service was great the food was good but I think an hour and a half to 2-hour wait is too long people were going in and out six and seven people groups

It was my first time there and I was not impressed. Actually I was very disappointed the food was ok . for me it didn't live up to the hipe i have Hurd about it. So it was just ok

I went with my grandson today for lunch and he got the Flo's Filet and I got the chicken tenders. We ordered medium and his Filet came out still bleeding so I sent it back to cook longer it was very disappointing. The fries were cold and the Broccoli was hard and he was not happy but no one cared 😔 I still payed 30.00 for a meal that he didn't eat. Just very disappointing!

I left another review . I'm guessing it didn't post, so here goes. Terrible service, multiple issues with ice cold soup and my husband's steak being sent back twice for being practically raw. We ended up taking over half of mine and my son's food. My husband lost his appetite after all the issues and stress, so he took his entire meal home. A manager visited the table, but she wasn't very good at her job. Out of a $160 check, she deducted the appetizers. She should have at least compensated us the cost of my husband's meal, considering, he never ate it at the restaurant. The service has massively declined at this location. We literally stood in the entryway waiting to be seated for almost 15 min.Multiple employees passed us, yet never spoke to us. A couple was waiting to be seated ahead of us and left.I wish we would have. It will be a cold day in hell before we eat at Longhorn again. Redbones has a better steak anyway.

Honestly poor carry out service. It’s New Years Day so was the only car in the Carry Out Spot. Did the text Check in
nothing. Called , Fred (nice on the phone) said they would be right out. Still nothing. Girl came out eventually said nothing about the long wait, no explanation or apology. I asked “is everything alright it was a really long time?” She have a dismissive smile and half heartedly said “sorry.”
THATS why I am upset right now. Any kind of caring or explanation, I would have been under standing.
I was only a carry out so she knew my order wasn’t going to get her a big tip. Awful customer service.

We love Longhorn. We usually do mom and pop places but this is , by far, the best filet for the money you can get. Always cooked perfectly.

My out of town family and friends were not Treated well and lied to about the issue of a reservation that they agreed to but then denied. Their Loss of good paying customers ?

Don't let the outside of this place fool you. Yes, they do need to do some updates outside, but the inside is definitely remodeled. A very clean place to eat. Food was point on. Service was friendly and somewhat fast.

Went here for date night and had the best experience. Kara, our waitress was phenomenal. She had great conversations with us and gave excellent menu recommendations. All of the staff was very friendly when arriving and departing. We will definitely come back, thank you Kara!!

To all of the workers at this LongHorn, you guys are all amazing! I pay close attention to everything, from my server, the manager, the waitresses, the cooks & the greeter. You all are all so very kind. We had a great experience while eating here. I noticed the manager having great conversation with the young workers and the food was fantastic!
Keep up the great work!
The salmon and shrimp was very good!
