First time trying this pizza. It was a little bit greasy, but so tasty and delicious. Lots of options. Can't wait to try their desserts and salads next time.

Placed an online order at 610pm. I ordered one calzone, some wings, and a salad. Email said estimated delivery at 705pm. I thought this was reasonable given it's a Friday night. By 745pm, no delivery. I tried calling the store, waited 17 minutes then got hung up on. I called back, requested to cancel my order and the manager in charge, Noah, said it had already been canceled. So first, I wait an hour and a half for a calzone, wings, and salad. Second, they don't deliver after I paid for delivery, and third, never got a refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. THEY ARE THIEVES AND STEAL YOUR MONEY.

That was a terrible experience of waiting forever only to be given a cold pizza because it was DONE and no one bothered to tell us it was done. It took way longer than the promised 20 minutes and then nothing could be done because there was no manager on duty? Last time customer.

Absolute last time we will ever order from this Marco’s. Ordered at 6:21, promise time was 6:41. My husband waited an hour at the shop after the promise time to get our food. Half of our order sat there for over 30 minutes after being made. Management made no attempt to reconcile the issue.

I ordered a gluten free cauliflower crust for myself. I know there can be cross contamination, but I am not celiac, just gluten intolerant. As my order was finishing up, I was pleased to see the young man use a paddle that was stored in a special place to remove my pizza. The pan the pizza was on was also put away in a different area from the gluten pizzas. He also used a pizza cutter that was stored away from the others. Thank you, Marco's for training this young man well. The shop was busy and seemed to be understaffed, but the people there were working hard and doing their best. The only con was that one man had gloves on and one didn't.
Dietary restrictions: I would go back for their gluten free pizza. They did a great job using utensils that were reserved only for the gluten free items.
Breanna was handling everything by herself like a pro. Great job
