TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Placed an online order for store pickup. Showed up right on time. I paid for my food and noticed my pizzas were not ready. In fact, they weren’t even in the oven. I stood at the counter for 7 minutes before I was told they were in the oven. I stated someone forgot my order, didn’t they? He ignored me, walked out the door, enters his car and left the location. No communication. No apology. No admitting the food wasn’t made. No admitting they forgot my order. I’m done with Marcos. I will go anywhere and everywhere else. I won’t go to Marcos. Extremely poorly handled. This location wasted 15 minutes of my time!

I have enjoyed Marco's since the day I tried their Pepperoni Magnifico, however, not all Marco's locations are created equal.
This location is my go-to pizza place. The staff actually talk to you and, unlike other locations closer to me in North Canton, OH (they know who they are), this location doesn't complain to customers about orders, management or just how they're too busy.
This store is clean, the staff are clean and they don't stick their hand out for a tip when you come to pick up your own pizza.
The Marco's taste is unmatched, and this store adds service to the pizza which always causes a great experience.

Marco‘s on the corner of Wales and portage always do a fantastic job making our pizzas. The people that work there are very friendly and helpful. We do business with them on a regular basis

I ordered an XL pizza tonight. I found a coupon online. We ordered curbside and followed all of the instructions.
It said 20-25 minutes. I arrived 10 minutes after ordering and parked directly in front of the door so they could see me. Three people were working inside. 30 minutes after I arrived I ended up going in to ask about my order. There were two men up front just chatting away and no customers inside, no one on the phone. This was dinner but still daylight. My order was sitting on the shelf. I live five minutes away and my pizza was ice cold when I got home. It also tasted like mushroom but I did not order mushroom. We do not eat mushrooms. Someone obviously did not change their gloves or wash their hands between pizza orders. We ate three pieces and threw the rest away. These workers were not teenagers. They were old enough to respect their job and customers. We will not be ordering from here again. Not recommending them either. That’s too bad because they are very convenient.

The pizza is always hot, fresh and accurate. The staff are friendly, fast and pleasant to deal with. This is and will continue to be my go to pizza shop!!!!

The pizza was good. It always is. I usually go to the one in Massillon in Perry but this one I went to kind of in Jackson but it was good. However, the jalapenos they are way too hot and I'm a jalapeno fruit so that's how I know these jalapenos was too hot because I had to take some off. They're so high that they take away from the flavor the rest of the pizza because you too busy trying to cool your mouth down so it was kind of disappointing that I couldn't enjoy it because it was too hot and it was too many of them on there as well. So that's something I would look into getting a less heated jalapeno.
