Ot is 833pm. I walked into the establishment and was not greeted by anyone. I stood at the counter for a good 5 minutes while 3 employees looked at me and went about their business, it looked like they were closing but the sign says they close at 9pm. As I am sitting in the parking lot writing a review another person walks in and his order is taken immediately. I hope it's not because of the color of my skin. Very disappointed!

Our first time dining at McAlister's Deli and we both enjoyed our lunches. All of the employees were pleasant and really were customer oriented.

This is our new favorite lunch spot. Their menu options are plentiful. I like being able to get the pick two. It's wallet-friendly and the food tastes so good! When my husband and I go, we split a large salad and sandwich and leave full!. The staff is also very friendly.

Never had a bad meal here. Always good food. Cold inside but great food.

Love the pick 2, just be aware if it's a premium item there's an extra fee for that. The lemonade and ice tea is also delicious.

First time trying and so glad I did!

Pleasantly surprised. The hubby and I have been saying that we needed to try this place since they’ve opened- unfortunately we kept putting it off until today 😊 Our brunch date was enhanced with exceptional service from the young lady on front counter and outstanding food. We will most definitely be back again.

{THIS REVIEW IS FOR UPPER MANAGEMENT/OWNERS} Food and people have always been great! Love McAlisters Deli. But…..they have a sewage smell problem in their building. First time we noticed it when dining a few weeks ago, thought maybe it was a one time issue. But visited there again yesterday and it hit us when we walked in. We chucked a fast U-turn and headed across the lot to the chicken joint. It’s hard to enjoy a good sandwich when your nostrils are filled with the repugnant smell of sewage. Please address this issue and we will be enthused to return!

The sandwich at McAllister’s was piled high with meat, and very tasty.
The chips were nothing special.
On the day we dined there, there was a notable “sewer gas” type of smell in the center of the restaurant. This may have not been due to anything at the restaurant.

This was the first one I have been to and would come back. I had the half salad half sandwich. Both were very good as was the cookie. Only thing I was a bit disappointed on was I gelt the drink was a bit expensive—but many places do the same thing.
