This is the worst McDonalds, save your money and aggravation. My husband went thru the drive thru and ordered 2 fish sandwiches, a large fry and a crispy chicken sandwich. The chicken sandwich was cold, the bun burnt and sat so long that the chicken dried out the two pickles. The fries were cold and you get about 3/4 of ann order. All for $20.00 plus. No receipt. This happens over and over again. It is lunch time and food should be hot, available and cooked to perfection for the prices. Get it together Mickey D’s. Not coming back to this location…lesson learned.

ALL of the staff working lunch today were amazing. They were super busy and a lot of people were special needs or elderly( and difficult) and couldn’t/ wouldn’t use the kiosk. They were awesome with all of them. Including me and my no meat cheeseburger lol. They are great!!

I dined in. MY FOOD TOOK 23 MIN! I kniw they get busy but yet goof around in the back. 1st had to get their attention bc i needed ketchup. That took 5 min. Then needed napkins took another 5 min. Food was hot and good but the staff gets a big thumbs down bro!

Way better than the one on portage hands down. Girl that took my order for a mchicken med fries was super polite, unlike portage who gets pissed because you ordered food. My food actually tasted fresh instead of old ass fries like portage. Know what just stop going to the one on portage its not worth the time and irritation. Edit- The night crew is not where it's at. Ordered a chocolate chip frape and got told they had no chocolate chips but I could have a regular frape instead. I said no thank you I paid for something else I'll just cancel the order on the app like I have done before when they run out and the app doesn't match... It happens I get it but they confirmed the order and set it that I already received it. They gave me a hassle about not having my card on me and grabbed cash for my refund instead. Not happy to make a trip out for one thing and return empty handed.
Placed a online order through the app and they charged my credit card and when I got to the building they canceled my order so I went inside to complain and manger would not come talk to me and explain reason why they canceled my order
