This place is really bad. Ordered my food and it was completely wrong in every way. He was very unprofessional at the window because he was yelling stuff out and didn’t realize the window was open til his friend told him it was. His name was Logan. These people are making more money than a decent amount of careers these days and they don’t even come close to doing their job correctly and respectfully…especially Logan.

I don't really don't complain about this McDonald's especially this location North Canton they are so fast through the drive-thru and getting the orders through but the past three times I have gotten french fries from there the large container for the french fries was almost half empty. This has been about the 3rd or 4th time this week ,I usually eat there two or three times a week but even during the lunch hours and at night it seems like they only fill the containers half full, as you can see by the picture I didn't notice it until I got home open up the bag that's all the french fries that were in a large, and there's nothing in the bottom of the bag.

I work here and I always try to be kind but sometimes people just ruin my day here. Either who I'm working with or the people that come in someone always finds a way how. Like I've been here for 6 hours since 5am and some lady told me to smile more, I get i have an rbf but I wasn't being mean or anything.

I placed an order through the mobile app BEFORE they were to stop serving breakfast… I give them my code and also placed another order. I pay for the additional order and I tell them at the window that I had a mobile order as well. These KIDS start yelling I don’t care, literally yelling that it’s 11 am and breakfast is over and they’re not making my food, I should have gotten there sooner! Never have I ever! These people were yelling at me because it was 11:03 and again I should have been there sooner. I was there in the drive thru line AT THE WINDOW!!!
I’m starving and I couldn’t stomach my chicken sandwhich I actually spit it back out and I just worked twelve hours in a factory I rarely complain terrible experience and the girl at the window was impolite.

This McDonald’s sucks. I live right next door, and they can never get my order right. Extra breakfast sauce apparently means less breakfast sauce than usual and I could have probably re built my house out of all the hash browns they just didn’t feel like putting in the bag.
