Soda is terrible here. When you come to McDonald's, you look forward to their delicious soda. And when it's flat and disgusting, it ruins the whole experience.Manager needs replaced definitely needs new management here. AsapWith Meijer Being built there needs to be a change immediately

Don't care for the kiosk ordering or an employee auctioning off my food to the dining room even though I had a table tent with a number. My simple cheeseburger was very sloppy. It just feels like McDonalds just doesn't care about customer service at all anymore from a corporate level. Restaurant was clean though.

Order was wrong and screen not working. Paid for order and did not receive receipt. Got order and they missed my sandwich order so I paid for the sandwich and heard the girl on the back yelling the whole time mad at me I guess. Polite man at the window told her to stop

BOGO DEAL! Buy 1 get 1 for $1. Ordered 2 fish sandwiches for the deal. Get sandwiches loaded with tarter sauce and each sandwich now how half a slice of cheese on it. WOW!!! NOT what the pictures show you getting it looking like. Employees are very rude to the individual and myself every single time we go to the one on Applegrove and Main St. Special needs people are still people, needing assistance like anyone else standing at the counter. Employees continue to ignore us each time in passing the counter, not to assist us. So irritating! No more going here! Thank you McDonalds

I visit this McDonald's every day on the way to work. Friendly staff. Order is never messed up and I visit it every day Monday - Friday. If it was remotely bad I would go to a different location.

Best expierance at a McDonald's ever. I didn't get her name . She ran out because I had the wrong drink. Great smile great attitude. Been given the wrong drink many times, first time someone did something about it before I knew it. I will be back.?? dined in and did take out when I was done.

*Visited this location at 11:55pm at 5 minutes till close and was AMAZED with a pleasant greeting and also got 2 of the biggest burgers on the menu (Double Quarter Pounders w/Cheese) cooked perfectly AND were neatly put together in under 5 minutes then was pleasantly THANKED for visiting as they handed me my order!!!... W.O.W.!!!...It made me REMEMBER a time not to long ago when ALOT of places were staffed and managed by employees that actually took pride in their work and the company that they worked for and genuinely cared that the customer was happy and wanted to come back in the future... GOD PLEASE BRING BACK PRIDE IN A JOB WELL DONE!!!... *AMEN*

Staff is nice. My orders are usually correct.Update: for a while it was almost all new crew. For whatever reason almost every familiar face was gone. Now that some of the former crew are back, things are running a little smoother. I stopped going to this location when the mostly new crew took a long time to fill orders that were often missing items. They had the almost impossible task of trying to learn their jobs without many experienced help. I'll have to try it sometime during the morning rush to determine if I'll make it part of my routine again.

The interior staff is non existent. They ignore everybody for the drive thru. Even using the kiosk they treat you’re hassling them. Welcome to post covid fast foodI guess.
