The most trashy McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Food was cold and we waited for a while. Diet Coke was so flat. The manager was nice, the employees trashy. This isn’t our first experience here, but it will be our last.

The woman who took my order through the drive thru was very very rude. We pulled up and right off the bat she had a horrendous attitude. She’s like that every time I go thru and she’s working the speaker. She needs to be reprimanded

Drive thru, make me wait for fries and no fries are in the bag when you bring it to my car. The last time I went through your drive thru, I had to wait that time as well. The fries that time were undercooked and cold. I get that times are bad, but come on. If you are making me park and wait for fries, and you are physically bringing them to my car while I am parked, then I expect the fries to BE IN THE BAG!

Stopped by at dinner time and got the chicken wraps meal. There was maybe 3 flakes of cheese & lettuce on both my wraps. I didn't look at it until I got home or I would have taken it back

ordered pickup and spent an extra $4 to get the grinch fries, got there and was told they were unavailable. wouldnt let me cancel in app (husband was picking up), and said it was too late to cancel in store. they wouldnt refund, at first said they werent even going to give anything to replace it but did end up getting regular fries. wouldve preferred my money back as i was already getting fries with my meal and the grinch fries costed more than regular medium fries did. and i did not need nor want 2 medium regular fries. just wanted my money back for something i didnt even get. paid $4 for air as the second fries arent even going to get eaten.

My partner and I came in for a bite for lunch, and while the food came out okay, it took a while because they are all back there yelling at each other, it sounds like the management talks down and belittles their employees, and that caused my table and other tables to be noticeably uncomfortable to sit in the restaurant to eat in peace.

My experience at this location is always lacking. This time was no different ice cold pies so who knows how old they were. The 40 pc nuggets were long past time to be thrown out. And apparently they need to be retrained on how many nuggets go in a 10 count box because all 4 had 9 each. Fries were hot and fresh tho.
