New Berlin Brewing Company

New Berlin Brewing Company is hands-down my favorite spot in town! The food is always incredible—fresh, flavorful, and you can tell a lot of care goes into every dish. The beer is just as impressive, with a great variety that never disappoints (their seasonal brews are always worth trying!). The staff here really make the experience special—they’re friendly, welcoming, and genuinely know their stuff when it comes to both the menu and the beer list. On top of all that, the atmosphere is perfect: cozy, inviting, and just the right mix of laid-back and lively. Whether you’re stopping in for dinner, grabbing a pint, or hanging out with friends, this place always hits the mark. Can’t recommend New Berlin Brewing Company enough!

The pretzel sticks with beer cheese and pork schnitzel with spatzel were absolutely delicious! I tried The Broken Looking Glass a Dry Irish Stout. It was five stars!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Absolutely phenomenal service and culinary experience. Went with a friend and split two flatbreads, among the beers we also had. German style pretzels and pizza was a perfect combo. The beers cheese? Forget about it. If you enjoy trying new beers and new food, get here FAST.

I have never seen myself as having a bar, but New Berlin sold me with such great food and delicious beers. Everyone should come to New Berlin!

This hidden gem blew my mind! From the story behind it to the family operating it, best vibe around. The food was out of this world and the brews just as delicious! We tried many different dishes and with each one we looked at each other with wide eyes, shaking our heads saying mmmmm. Highly recommend and can’t wait to go back!!

I had never tried Kasespatzel before, but it is now a new favorite! Great beer and delicious, authentic German food.

We got the doner flatbread, pretzel sticks and the app sampler. Everything was cooked perfectly and came out quickly. The best part was the staff, everyone was so nice!!! Good food, good beer, good atmosphere, not crazy expensive.

This place is my wife and mine's favorite date night place. Give us a kid free night and we're coming here for the INCREDIBLE food (seriously try anything or everything on the menu) seriously good selection of beers (changes frequently, never disappointed) and amazingly friendly and helpful staff. We've never had anything short of a perfect evening at New Berlin and we're so thankful to everyone that works to make that happen!

I was looking forward to a German meal haven’t been able to find a decent one and sadly still haven’t. T classic flatbread was good but the schnitzel was so tough I couldn’t eat it and the bacon in the salad was raw.

1st time here and I look forward to coming back in for dinner some time soon! Cool place with good beer and lively conversation at the bar amongst bartender and customers. Watched a Guardians game over a couple of beers and had the beer cheese fries! North Canton needed a good place like this! Highly Recommend!

I had the pork schnitzel with brown gravy and mushrooms on a bed of red cabbage with spaetzle as a side, and a Nitro Looking Glass Dry Irish Stout!

The Food is bomb! Best Schnitzel I've had and local to the Canton/Akron area.

Kasespatzel is so good. I've never had it prior to this, the fried onions on top are a dream.
