This location is not good at all. Ordered 2 soups and 1 sandwich. Soup supposed to come with fresh french bread. That bread was like from yesterday. No fresh at all

No floor mats down on a snowy day meant the tile was quite slippery. My online order was 30 minutes late and missing 3 items. I am unhappy.

How do you get an entire order through DoorDash, and not put anything in the bag but bread? Did the weight of the very light bag not throw you off? Was it the clear sticker that said soup attached to the bag too hard to follow? I’m a little lost on how step by step instructions give me bread. Please read the screen and check the bag before handing it off. It’s a bad look to not have any quality control.

Location has gone downhill. Staff half tripping over eachother it's so congested back there and it still takes a long time to toss together some sandwiches. Always dirty tables in there. Based on some of the communication I heard behind the counter I knew we wouldn't get all of our food in our to go bag and we didn't. Don't even want to complain bc I don't want to visit again. Paid a few extra dollars for avocado and it wasn't ripe and almost frozen. What a joke. Only thing I feel for them on is that 20 yr olds don't give a shit any more and it's hard to find good help.

I stopped at Panera at 8:30 tonight. I ordered a bowl not a cup to eat inside. Paid for price of the bowl.
When my order was ready, it was in a bag to go. I told the woman working that is not what I ordered. I ordered a bowl for here not to go. She rolled her eyes never apologized. Grabbed the bowl out of the bag and said here you go. They were out of bread so I asked for chips. She never gave me my chips and I said I paid for a big bowl not a little to go container.

She rolled her eyes, walked away and went to the back. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I walked right up to the front and asked for my money back and two people came up. They did not say anything to me. Never tried to make it right either.

They never apologized. The one girl did finally say sorry I told her this was unacceptable and that’s not how you treat people and this was extremely rude. I hate to report this, but this is what happened. I got my money back and walked out and did not eat there. Not professional & not good Customer service at all.

Used to love this location, it’s gone downhill. Don’t waste your time at this location. I’ve gotten wrong food, food made poorly and even not received my food at all.

Most bakery items were gone, but that is expected....however,finding a clean table is a chore...not one clean table. Understanding the shortness of staff, but 4 employees...one could make sure the dining room was clean.

Just ordered two sandwiches. The new French dipper. It’s supposed to be steak and tasted like dry roast beef. They charge about $15 for these sandwiches. Not worth the money. Panera is overpriced to begin with. The quality of their food needs to match the price.

Bought 2 Ceasar salads to go. About 6 oz of iceberg lettuce and a few pieces of torn up white sliced cheese. No onion, no tomato, no carrot --- no color whatsoever! Will no longer buy there...disgusting,

We decided to give panera one more try since it's been a long time since the last dismal visit. Unfortunately, the food is still flavorless and feels like rubber. The service is sub-par and we heard some employees saying that one of them is sick but it's not contagious.
The only thing I'll give them credit for on the food is that my sandwich tasted pretty good but that's due to it being smothered in garlic aioli. It dripped so much grease I decided not to finish it.
The chicken in the strawberry poppyseed salad is flavorless, looks and feels like rubber, and has a strange aftertaste.
Oh and we got a frozen strawberry lemonade that, get this, was almost flavorless.
Overall, I'd strongly recommend avoiding this place until they figure out they can't get away with selling rubber chicken in a $13 salad and having sick kids serve your food.
It really disappoints me too because I used to really like this place before they swapped all of their ingredients to bland, rubbery imitations just like subway did.

Food was okay but over priced. Half salad, Mac n cheese, 2 fountain drinks was $30. ($27.97)

Several people standing around talking, only 1 person making food. Cashier was super disinterested, everyone else standing around talking while homie was flying solo trying to make food. Pretty rough service and just over priced for what it is.

I have this a 3 star for value. All Paneras are not worth the price they charge. 1/2 salad on pick 2 is 7.49 if all you want is a salad its 8.99.
It’s Not a bigger size- 1.50 more because you don’t want to eat anything else??? Terrible business model
