For the love all that is good, please stop using plastic to go containers for dining in salads
The food was excellent, but I couldn't find a clean table to sit down at.

This used to be a great place. Our food was skimpy, expensive, and slow. The restaurant didn't look like tables or floor had been cleaned in quite awhile. Plenty of place-your-order pads. Not sure why the price keep climbing when less service and less food. The frontega chicken panini had changed to a toasted version. I'm sure it is easier to prepare also. Worst part, finding a dirty lettuce end/stalk in my salad that should have been in the trash not my salad. It looked like it had never been washed.

There’s a young, thin blonde girl preparing food without gloves or washing her hands, completely disregarding hygiene rules. It’s the most disgusting Panera I’ve ever seen.

Saturday afternoon, not busy, no lines. Placed my pick-2 order for dine-in. Had to wait 20 minutes, the BBQ chicken half sandwich was only 3 inches in length, and the chicken did not even cover the bread. There was no BBQ flavor to the sandwich. The Mexican corn chowder was lukewarm at best. I thought at least I got a birthday pastry … but it was stale. Food on the floors, had to clean my own table, and no one was friendly. Not a place I would want to return to.

Terrible, every time I order a soufflé for pickup. They sell mine to someone else. Don’t bother ordering for pickup, they will never hold any items for you.

The food was fine, but the order screens you had to use were annoying, and the prices were higher.
They got the best tasting food.

Great Panera near Akron/Canton (Ohio) airport. Busy at lunch time's. Employees were all friendly despite being busy. Only downside...kindof a crowded building space wise, which they can't fix.And restrooms are very small. But other than that, would go there again.

This location is not good at all. Ordered 2 soups and 1 sandwich. Soup supposed to come with fresh french bread. That bread was like from yesterday. No fresh at all

No floor mats down on a snowy day meant the tile was quite slippery. My online order was 30 minutes late and missing 3 items. I am unhappy.

How do you get an entire order through DoorDash, and not put anything in the bag but bread? Did the weight of the very light bag not throw you off? Was it the clear sticker that said soup attached to the bag too hard to follow? I’m a little lost on how step by step instructions give me bread. Please read the screen and check the bag before handing it off. It’s a bad look to not have any quality control.

Location has gone downhill. Staff half tripping over eachother it's so congested back there and it still takes a long time to toss together some sandwiches. Always dirty tables in there. Based on some of the communication I heard behind the counter I knew we wouldn't get all of our food in our to go bag and we didn't. Don't even want to complain bc I don't want to visit again. Paid a few extra dollars for avocado and it wasn't ripe and almost frozen. What a joke. Only thing I feel for them on is that 20 yr olds don't give a shit any more and it's hard to find good help.
