I personally am not a huge fan of Papa John’s however my kiddos are. We haven’t ordered it in a very long time. Today we ordered and everything was just so spot on and flavorful and yummy and ooey gooey cheesy. So kuddos to management and staff at the North Canton location

Tried to order online but it kept giving an error at checkout , so I called the store to place my order and for some assistance. I tried to explain the issue and that I had been trying to use one of the online deals and they absolutely wouldn't honor it, just kept repeating the price of the pizza for in-store. It was a $10 difference in the single pizza, plus the reward money I wouldn't be able to apply. Zero attempt to help. Terrible customer service.

My wife ordered online and we always order extra sauces but then you never get them then u call them the offer you a pizza but if u steal something from the store u don't get to give them back something other than wait u stole. So no I will not call and tell the manger I'm owned a free pizza cuz we did that once and the pizza was hardly cooked but I just want my money back but they don't offer to give my money back for the sauces so I think if u order from there make sure u get what u payed for cuz they can't seem to do that but I stole something from y'all I would get arrested or pay for it but if your a major company they do give your money back so that's stealing

Consistently poor service. They never show up on time and orders are incorrect sometimes. When I call the store, the employees are generally unhelpful and rude.
I wish I got her name. She took such good care of me and my order. The food was hot and really good. My crew enjoyed it. Thank you!

The bleach blonde women is so rude... i walked in and first thing out of her mouth was whats your name... instead of how may i help you.. so i told her my name and asked why.. she asked if i called in and order i told her no then she barked what to you want..there's no menu on the wall they have a paper with very small print on it i asked her 3 times if they had a bigger menu she just stood there....

At the TA in a semi. The driver was excellent in making sure he got the accurate information so he could deliver our dinner. Not many places deliver food to a customer standing outside in the parking lot so we appreciate that. We ate dinner tonight and in a timely manner because of the team here. Thank y’all.

Ordered extra cheese. Didnt have extra cheese. The pizza, the breadsticks and the papa rolls were raw and doughy. The boneless wings were all different sizes and hardly any sauce. It was bad from the beginning to end.The worker who finally acknowledged me (out of 5 or 6 ppl working)to pay for my food, kept mumbling profanities under his breathe, and just seemed miserable. Unfortunately we wont be back.
