Ordered an hour and a half ago. Haven't recieved my pizza, website has claimed it's arriving soon for the last hour and a half. I've been on hold for the last 15 minutes waiting for ANY employee to answer so I can find out where my order is.

We have always ordered here for the past three years and never something like this. Tonight my brother ordered 1 pizza. At 508 for delivery. After an hour and a half he went to pick it up when the app said it was changing delivery drivers for the 3rd time and the pizza was sitting there ready. When he got there, he finally got the pizza, however wrong, but none the less he got it. He and his wife headed home from there and we are putting our new born to sleep. Finally got the baby to sleep and who’s at the door? A delivery driver with a pizza. Now I made sure he knew I wasn’t upset with him, he was simply stuck in the middle, but making the dog bark, waking the baby and starting everything over. Normally I wouldn’t put anything here, but when you try to call into the store to talk to the manager and sit on hold and no one picks up, this is the only option.

Waited 1.5 hours for our delivery order and the driver left before I noticed that they forgot our 2 liter and extra pepperocinis, and I really dont feel like spending 10+ minutes on hold trying to speak to someone about it. They’ve been really inconsistent the last few times we have ordered, time to find a new spot.. 🙄

I personally am not a huge fan of Papa John’s however my kiddos are. We haven’t ordered it in a very long time. Today we ordered and everything was just so spot on and flavorful and yummy and ooey gooey cheesy. So kuddos to management and staff at the North Canton location
Tried to order online but it kept giving an error at checkout , so I called the store to place my order and for some assistance. I tried to explain the issue and that I had been trying to use one of the online deals and they absolutely wouldn't honor it, just kept repeating the price of the pizza for in-store. It was a $10 difference in the single pizza, plus the reward money I wouldn't be able to apply. Zero attempt to help. Terrible customer service.

My wife ordered online and we always order extra sauces but then you never get them then u call them the offer you a pizza but if u steal something from the store u don't get to give them back something other than wait u stole. So no I will not call and tell the manger I'm owned a free pizza cuz we did that once and the pizza was hardly cooked but I just want my money back but they don't offer to give my money back for the sauces so I think if u order from there make sure u get what u payed for cuz they can't seem to do that but I stole something from y'all I would get arrested or pay for it but if your a major company they do give your money back so that's stealing
