Ordered extra cheese. Didnt have extra cheese. The pizza, the breadsticks and the papa rolls were raw and doughy. The boneless wings were all different sizes and hardly any sauce. It was bad from the beginning to end.The worker who finally acknowledged me (out of 5 or 6 ppl working)to pay for my food, kept mumbling profanities under his breathe, and just seemed miserable. Unfortunately we wont be back.

This is one of the worst experiences that I have had! They blatantly ignore you, you have to repeat yourself 10 times in a row, even when they see you, you are ignored. I came in to place an order and they had workers sleeping on a shelf under the work station.

came here on saturday 9/23/23 ordered at 2:45 pm and waited well over an hour for my pizza. the red headed girl who rudely asked me the name for my order looks like she’s a m3th tweaker. she sat there telling me how there were “50 pizza orders” that there working on and that my order was put on hold so it will be worked on afterwards but the way she stated was if it was my fault and i should’ve known better. i get it though, she said it’d be probably another 20-30 minutes. left to go to another place while i waited, got back around 3:30 and still was told it wasn’t done yet. finally got it after 4 pm. had to still pay full price for the wait and rudeness, will never order from here again.

Tonught I ordered and got the wrong thing and this girl that answered the phone and also made the order told me that I didn't order it right and proceeded to yell on the phone. Very poor customer service and will never be back to this location.

The General Manager for this Papa Johns location is rude , abrasive, flippant and doesn't care. I called to ask about our delivery order as it has been 45 minutes since we ordered. He explained it had not gone in the oven yet as they didnt have a driver. I only called because the email I received stated it would be 30 minutes for the delivery. He said it would be here when the delivery driver came back. I called back to see if I could just come pick up the pizza and they Could refund the tip and delivery fee. He said that is not possible, we cant do that. I asked you can't void the order and ring it up again? He said yes we will void the order and don't ever order from here again hung up on me. I thought that was very rude. I called back to confirm it was the Manager he confirmed he was the GM and to please make a complaint online to the website so he can close it out and be done with me. Just keep this in mind when you order because if you have an issue they don't care.
