I love it when I can support a small local business. This bakery has a nice selection of delicious pastries, made with high quality ingredients. Really nice people. I’m a scratch baking “snob”, but everything they make here is outstanding. Highly recommend!

me and my family found this place from a google review and i’m so glad we did! we walked in not really knowing what to expect and Seth was so great! he let us try certain ingredients he puts in the food and made sure we knew we would like what we were buying! he was such a nice guy and we will definitely be back! 100/10 experience!!

I scheduled a last-minute macaron class with Seth (literally, he accommodated my group DAY OF REQUEST on a Saturday of all days!). For his classes, you truly get the first-class experience. It's a private class with your small group only. He closes the bakery so it's uninterrupted time with him in his kitchen. And every person gets to make their own batch of macarons from start to finish! For our group of 3, we spent over 4 hours in there and he showed us each special techniques for how we wanted our macarons to both look and taste. And don't think you're walking in there and picking a flavor off a list of 6 types...if you can dream it, you can make it. My MIL made a salted caramel chocolate (with chocolate ganache) flavor. My SIL made a bourbon maple old fashioned flavor. And I used his prized homemade lemon curd for a lemon bar flavor. So much fun!

When you're here, there are no silly questions. You'll get as much help as you need - or as much space for creativity as you want. We all had varied levels of comfort in the kitchen and all had a blast. Just go in with an open mind and know that you'll feel like you're in a home bakery, not a commercial kitchen.

For the record, my husband and I have taken cooking classes around the world. We really enjoy it. But this is the only experience I've had where I got to do EVERY single step myself, so I could gain comfort and confidence with every part of it and get my questions asked. And what a special thing that he gave us his personal number, as his students, so we could reach out for problem-solving and answers if needed in the future.

I met the owner on Sunday at a craft/local business show. I had a very good conversation with him about his bakery. I bought a little bit of everything and it was some of the best desserts I've ever had. The baklava, m&m brownies, and baklava pecan pie were all amazing! I cannot wait to visit his shop and buy more. Support local!

I bought 6 macarons (each a different flavor) at the Stark Pride festival. Unfortunately, there was something wrong with their batter, and all of the macarons were completely hollow inside. No soft center to the cookies 😢. The flavors were good, but the texture and quality of the cookies themselves were off. The price was also very high, even for macarons. It cost $20 for 6 cookies, so $3.33 per cookie.

Seth took a special order for my wedding anniversary… (6 years calls for sweets or iron) he did not disappoint once again. I’ve ordered from him for special occasions for my clients but this time, he blew it out of this world! The peanut butter whiskey macaroons, cosmic brownie macaroons and peanut butter whiskey stuffed homemade chocolate. My husband wants more! We will definitely be returning for personal and for my small business treats as well!

The macarons are delicious! We stopped by their location and don’t let the for sale sign in the front deter you; they are open! Seth was welcoming and thoughtfully showed us all his goodies. Very unique rotating flavors. We can’t wait to go back!
